Took it in for several maintenance issues to include

Took it in for several maintenance issues to include coolant flush, rear brakes, and warranty work on AC system. Work was done in good time. I do recommend dropping off your vehicle if possible.

This is my third Honda purchased from this location.

This is my third Honda purchased from this location. My first was in 2003 but not called Shottenkirk then. My experience for this one was amazing! Dana searched for exactly what I wanted. No black seats for me. He found the color, type and seat color in Augusta! I signed and they brought it back in one day! When I got the car, Chris Lopez spent over a half hour introducing me to all the bells and whistles besides helping me get connected to Honda Link. Thank youShottenkirk!

It's been 8 years since I bought my last car.

It's been 8 years since I bought my last car. I was worried about what to expect. All went well they even gave me my keys back without a hassle!

Due to a fuel pump recall my wife had a new fuel pump

Due to a fuel pump recall my wife had a new fuel pump installed in her CRV at Shottenkirk Honda on 5/6/25. On 6/19/25 her car suddenly stopped at an intersection on the busy Dallas highway in rush hour. Fortunately the Cobb police came quickly and managed traffic until she could get a tow, but the experience was terrifying for her. That same fuel pump had to be replaced, costing us $1200, though we both feel extremely fortunate there was no collision or physical injury. I have the failed pump, and it seems that either it never got replaced at Shottenkirk or the replacement failed after only 6 weeks and 1,000 miles of driving. She bought the car at Shottenkirk, so very disappointed in this service experience.
