Ginger always make sure I’m taken care. If I have multiple things that need to be done she lets me know what needs to be done first and I appreciate. It’s clean and the staff pass you and they speak.

We came prepared to purchase a car.

We came prepared to purchase a car. The selling agent made a financing offer he did not have authority to make and they had to rescind. Then, once we were signing the documents, the hard sell on the extended warranty was way overboard and made me question whether or not I was purchasing a lemon. Just ridiculous. I get that the warranty is how they pay their folks, but good Lord. It added at least 45 minutes to the overall time we had to spend there and made me doubt the quality of a nearly new (7,000 miles) Certified Pre Owned car. Maybe dial it back a bit.
