Friendly staff

I submitted an inquiry online. Within a day, I was contacted. The staff was friendly and upfront. After I submitted a credit application, and not hearing back for a few days I emailed the dealership for status. I received a follow up call very quickly. I did not end up making a purchase, but do feel as I was treated with respect and that they were straight forward.
