Perfect

I walked in your dealership ,found my perfect car Rav 4, with the help of Nelson Scharf my Sales Consultant, that stayed with me through the whole process, ,I might add, he kept going back and forth until he and Mark Preston, made it happen for me and the dealership..!! Then sent me to Sam Upton to finish the paperwork. He was fast , didn't mess around, The Rav 4 was ready, and Nelson synced my phone showed me where everything was and how it worked, we found a ittsy bitsy place in the paint by the trunk , which needed to be fixed Sara Kilby called and set up a appointment to get the alarm activated and scratch fixed, I'm a ole gal and I couldn't have treated better .. These employee's , every single one of them , were the best I give them all a 5 Star rating.. David Wilson your better take good care of these guys.. they are the best..!! Thank You All

overall experience

I came into the Toyota dealership looking for a car. Michael Manticoff approaches me and begins to help me look for the right car for me. I decide on the car after his help and knowledge about the vehicle. He then explains the paper work along with his manager who both did a fantastic job in explaining to me. Once the deal was settled I then go to finance and again the service and help was great, I then pointed out a scratch and was told that would come off within a few days but never did so I contacted Michael and told him about the scratch and a few others I noticed and he then told me to call Sarah Kilby to explain the situation and after I spoke with her she was going to talk to Michael and give me a call the next day, she did talk to Michael but I never received the call, so I gave it a few days and still no call which made me feel like nobody wanted to give me an answer or even wanted to help which led to the review. About a week later from the first time I spoke to Sarah, Michael calls me and asked if I talked to Sarah which obviously I did, I explained to Michael what happened and the next day she called. Turns out there was a miscommunication somewhere in the process but that was all handled and taken care of. Sarah, Michael and the Toyota dealership helped me out and took care of me and we worked things out in the end.

Highly Recommend David Wilson Toyota, due to James Johnson

My wife and I bought her 2002 Toyota 4Runner from Brad Blomquist, now retired, but Brad recommended we work with James (Jimmy) Johnson at David Wilson Toyota for a hassle free and highly professional and honest experience. That is exactly what happened with Jimmy. I called him and explained I had done the research, knew what I wanted (year, model, all features in detail), and told him how much I was prepared to pay. Jimmy and I worked this all out on the phone and the only trip I made to the dealership was to sign for the vehicle and drive it home. In addition to this Jimmy Johnson and David Wilson Toyota offered us more than a Carmax quote for our trade in, so it was a one stop shopping experience literally. Jimmy and all of the David Wilson staff were very polite and professional, and my wife and I walked away with the best possible deal and experience in buying a new car. "A Winning Team"

I have been a loyal Toyota owner since 1990. I am proud to say, I have just purchased my 8th Toyota. The last 3 have been from Internet Sales currently led by Ted Piper. I have been described as a bit of a collector of the unique limited edition vehicles. DWT has been instrumental in catering to my needs, latest acquisition being a 2017 Tacoma TRD Pro. I cannot thank Oswaldo Hernandez enough for his dedication in making my purchase a stress-free experience at least for me. From my initial request to final delivery "Oz" constantly kept me updated on the progress of my order. I can be very demanding at times but, Oswaldo was always there for me. Ted Piper, Oswaldo Hernandez in Sales, Sam Upton in Finance, Sarah Kilby in Customer Relations, Mike McDermott in Service and Alberto Martinez in Parts are all professionals dedicated to making the customer experience a positive one. Deceptive Trade practice

At the last second before signing they aold me a useless overpriced security monitoring system. They said it would be $8 per month. Turned out to $18 per month. I asked to have the service removed and they refused. Do not so business with these. They would rather ruin their reputation for $10 per month than rempve that line item..
