I bought a 2021 Mustang Mach E for my son and I thought it would be more complicated getting the $4000 rebate but it ended up taking 2 minutes. Highly recommend if you are trying to get the IRS rebate on EV’s.

I am seriously bewildered as to how this business has 4.
I am seriously bewildered as to how this business has 4.7 stars on Google Reviews. When looking to buy from a small dealership like this, I immediately went to the review section and found 900+ reviews which gave me some peace of mind. There are one-star reviews which describe issues I would later find to be the same for me, but it seemed in just about every case management would come along, make things right, and the reviewer would post an update. So far not the case for me three months after my purchase Short Version (relatively speaking…) Shared my concerns with Highline salesperson Isaiah about completing a long distance transaction and that the car would immediately go to my trusted mechanic back home, was reassured that Highline would take care of me if anything came up and they shared all the rehab work that was already completed by them. Put down a deposit and told them when we’d be down. My wife and I took a day off to make the trip expecting to be in, out, and on the way home before noon. When we were about an hour away from Highline we found out that they weren’t in possession of the car, were strung along all day, finally got a test drive around 5pm, then ran into more issues with personnel so we walked out and drove home in Memorial Day weekend traffic - got home after sundown. The next day General Manager Moe apologized for the experience and offered to resolve the issues I found on the test drive, removed some items from the bill of sale, and covered shipping the car - I agreed and completed the purchase. The car arrived and immediately went to my mechanic who found required repairs totalling about $6200 including redoing some of Highlines rehab work and more importantly my #2 concern (after the dreaded EA888 piston ring issue) - a failed Audi magnetic ride suspension. I have now been chasing GM Moe for three months. The few times I have been able to get him on the phone we discussed the quote and I agreed to a lower cost alternative for the magnetic ride and he offered to include some additional items with the savings. I’m also completing some of the work myself to save on labor costs. Moe then went silent again until I received an email on August 22nd that Highline could send a check for $1500. I responded letting him know that was not acceptable after two months and given our previous conversations, he said the owners would be in touch that day - nothing since. All calls are met with “Moe’s not in… he’s with a client… he’s in a meeting…” and emails are ignored. I have started completing the repairs out of pocket as several of these are safety issues. Hopefully someday I’ll hear back.

Hello Lucas, Thank you for your purchase. We are sorry you are having an issue with your suspension. When you purchased this vehicle in May, you had multiple issues you wanted addressed. We took care of the tires, mechanical and body issues and delivered the car to you at no cost. Months later you are now having an issue with your suspension. We always encourage clients to purchase a warranty which would have covered your issue. We give you a 2 week 500 mile warranty for the powertrain at time of sale as well. That being said, Management has offered to help with the repair upwards of $3000 dollars. Please call Moe at 630-986-8888 for further help. Thank you
Looooooooong Version (if only to try and find catharsis) I purchased a car before going to Highline which needed to be returned due to an engine issue, which thankfully resulted in that dealer unwinding the transaction. It’s not an expensive car, but it is a particular car so I was excited to find another one so soon after in the same color (lower production run, not a lot around) with 30k less miles. I reached out and spoke with Isaiah, he provided me with a video walkaround and the paperwork for all the rehab work their mechanic was doing - nothing major. The Carfax mentioned minor damage on the passenger side, but nothing that was showing up in video/pics. I shared my concerns about buying a vehicle long-distance and Isaiah assured me there were several mechanisms in place, and he was familiar with the Illinois Statutory Used Car Warranty which had protected me in the last transaction. I let him know the car would immediately go to my trusted mechanic back home and he said Highline would take care of me. I put down a deposit and let him know the day I would be coming. My wife and I both took a day off to make the trip. When we were almost there, I received a text that the car was not in Highline’s possession and could I maybe kill some time visiting friends or family in the Chicago area. I was able to stop at my company’s home office to pick up some items and we got lunch, when we arrived hours later the car was still not there. This turned into an entire day of “it’s at the shop across the street… actually it’s down the street… oh actually it’s in Naperville but it’s on the way… oh no there was an accident on 53 and he’s stuck in traffic!” We had given up and were leaving when it came around the corner, only to be told it had to leave again to get gas. I found a few cosmetic issues that weren’t present in the vid/pics and Isaiah went inside to sort them out while I completed a test drive. I found an empty parking garage nearby which was handy for listening for any odd noises, got under the car and in the engine bay to look for mods, and noted some additional issues. When I got back, Isaiah had started working a deal with someone else and when he saw me held up his hand like “hold on”. We walked. The next day I spoke with the GM - Moe. He apologized profusely, was shocked this had all happened, removed some items from the bill of sale, agreed to resolve issues I had found, and offered to have the car delivered free of charge. With that, we proceeded and kicked off a now three-month cycle of the same nonsense that should have driven me to not look back in the first place. After two days of “the car is heading out, you’ll have it tonight… it’s going out tonight they’ll deliver in the morning… it’s going out this morning you’ll have it tonight” I eventually received a call from New York during my kids’ bedtime letting me know the car would be there soon. The transporter delivered it to my office's unlit parking lot at 10pm. I checked the issues I was looking for via flashlight and was then presented with… one key. Getting a second made will cost $750, it has to be done at an Audi dealership, awesome. The car immediately went to my mechanic, who found several notable issues including with some of the rehab work Highlines mechanic had done. All in it totals about $6200, I immediately forwarded the write-up to Isaiah and Moe. I’ve now spent three months trying to chase Moe down to get this resolved, always being told he’s with someone else but will call right back. Sometimes they just hang up or put me on hold forever. When I have been able to get him on the phone to discuss the estimates he claimed the costs were too high, a quick search online confirmed they were not. Then I agreed to a lower cost alternative repair and with that savings he agreed to take care of some additional items. I sent him the updated quote and spent another 17 days chasing him down. The morning of August 22nd I received an email offering to send me a check for $1500. I let him know that was was not acceptable given how long this has gone on and since he had already agreed to the repairs, he replied: “I understand i am getting the owners involved and you should receive a call from them today. thank you” Not a peep since - he doesn’t respond to emails and continues to duck phone calls. If you’re a car person you know they can play games with us. We can overlook this or that when we probably shouldn’t, especially if you’re handy and “ehh, I’ll just take care of it quick on Saturday”. But cars are just things and another one will come along, you just might have to wait a minute. If one does come along and it’s at Highline, close the browser tab and wait some more.
Hah, less than an hour for Highline to reply, I should have done this months ago. Let's make sure we're clear on the details for anyone else reading - I took delivery of the vehicle at about 9:45pm on Thursday June 5th, dropped it off at the mechanic where it stayed for a week, received their writeup at 3:28pm on Thursday June 12th, and forwarded it to Isaiah and Moe at 5:11pm (can't attach pics here, but you can find this review/reply on Google and Yelp as well). Obviously well within the reporting requirement of the 500-mile / 2-week warranty provided by the State of Illinois. The only reason we are talking about this "months later" is because Highline has ignored this for so long. I will give Moe a call in the morning and I hope we can put an end to this.
I absolutely love the Tesla model s I just bought from
I absolutely love the Tesla model s I just bought from Highline Auto Sales. From the moment I drove it off the lot, I could feel the quality and craftsmanship that Tesla puts into their vehicles. The acceleration is insane, smooth, quick, and responsive. The autopilot feature is a game-changer, making long drives way more relaxed and enjoyable. The interior is sleek and modern, with a minimalist design that makes every drive feel luxurious. Highline Auto Sales made the whole process so easy and transparent, with a no-pressure environment and friendly, knowledgeable staff who helped me every step of the way. They made sure I was comfortable with all the features and helped me get the best deal. This Tesla is more than just a car it’s an experience that has completely changed how I think about driving. I can’t say enough good things about this dealership.
I can’t say enough good things about this dealership. This was possibly the easiest car purchase I’ve ever done. The price was right to begin with so I didn’t have to haggle. Vince was my salesman and he was amazing. He answered my texts and calls immediately. I’m definitely going back for my next car

Bought a Lexus ES350 from High Line Auto Sales — the car
Bought a Lexus ES350 from High Line Auto Sales — the car was beautiful and drove incredibly smooth. The guys in the back really take care of their inventory. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed by one of their employees, who promptly got us in for a test drive. The car was a bit dirty at first, but they let me know it had just arrived and would be fully detailed before delivery. They held up their word and made sure it was spotless when I came to pick it up. If I could say one thing about them, it’s that they keep their word. Huge thank you to the team at High Line Auto Sales and my salesman, Justin, for getting me into this car!
