Excellent communication.

Excellent communication. Prices very good. Transaction quick and accurate. Excellent customer service. Polite and courteous. Great selection of vehicles, especially Teslas.

Very bad dealer.

Very bad dealer. Everything was going great during picking a car and test driving. However, everything changed when it came closing the deal. 1. They increased the price of the car by $1000 for not financing through them. 2. They increased the price for bigger rims by $275, after we agreed on a price. 3. They sold me a $45k Tesla without a charger, and when I asked for one, they tried to sell me a used beat up charger for the same price as a new charger. When I asked why, the gentleman said because I didn't have to wait for shipping.

I had a great experience buying my tesla from highline

I had a great experience buying my tesla from highline auto sales, specifically Scott. We were able to talk and text to negotiate a price both for the car I was buying, and the car I was selling. When I came in to test drive the vehicle, the car operated as expected. Once we got to the buying process, I was in and out of there in 45 minutes, with all the documents signed, and highline stuck to their word on the price we agreed upon on the phone. It was a flawless experience. Highly recommend them for a used tesla.

Bought a Tesla from Vince living in Florida. We traded a car and received a clean beautiful car from Highline. Paperwork was timely and communication prompt. Even mailed back a charge cord I left in the trade in. Great experience!

I'm very conscious about leaving negative reviews and

I'm very conscious about leaving negative reviews and don't do it often, but need to share what happened to me to help others. I found a car I liked and I decided to purchase it, so I put a deposit on it and then flew to Chicago to pick it up a week later. There were a few issues I ran into. First I got there to find the car had over 800 more miles on it than what was shown in the pictures and even what they listed on the sales agreement they sent. That's a substantial amount for a 26,000 mile vehicle that had a deposit on it. The pictures also showed a key fob, which they said they didn't have. Lastly they told me over the phone that the car was in pristine condition, but it had paint dings on the front and back. Not what I would consider pristine. They said they'd make it right and in the end offered half what the sales guy said they would for the mileage, but they couldn't cut a check there, they'd have to send it. It then took almost a month of texts and calls to get them to send the checks, the did it in two installments, after many excuses. I shouldn't have had to chase them for it. They did organize the paperwork for title transfer to my state and that process went fairly smoothly. In summary, I won't buy from them again. They fit the typical used car salesman stereotype by not listing their car accurately and then brushed it off like it's no big deal. And now they continue to contact me asking if I'm interested in a car, even though I already bought it. Never again...

We would be willing to repurchase this plaid from you . We also reimbursed you for the mileage discrepancy as well as the key fob with two separate payments.
