    First, I ended up not buying a car here but that was only because they didn't have quite what I was looking for. I do want to say that I had a very pleasant... experience at Fitzgerald Outlet, though. I worked with Walter "Chet" Wilkinson and he was superb. Knowledgeable, pleasant and best of all not in the least bit pushy or a typical "car salesman"; I'd have just walked out in that case. I ended up purchasing a car at another dealership (who had a similar philosophy as Fitzgerald - no haggle. no pressure) and it really only boiled down to the fact that the other place happened to have a vehicle which fit the bill, so to speak. I very much would recommend Chet and company if you're in the market for a used car - no plaid jacket and smoke and mirrors.

    Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They really listened to what I needed and wanted without pressure tactics. I appreciate how thoroughly... the cars are inspected and that each customer is given a summary that reports on the condition of the car.

    The vehicle I came in to look at was advertised as a 1 owner no accident vehicle, it turns out it had three owners and one accident. They handed me the... car fax so they weren't hiding it, but it was not what was advertised. Still tried to buy the vehicle but they wouldn't reduce the price so we couldn't make a deal.
