We just purchased a 2008 Ford Explorer from Michael Dennis. We usually dread the experience of purchasing a car, but Michael made us feel comfortable without the pressure that usually goes along with a car purchase. We told him exactly what we were looking for in a vehicle and Michael and co-workers located vehicles that interested us. Michael made us feel more like friends then customers. If you are looking to purchase a car, I would highly recommend asking for him!

Michael was super helpful! Even when the dealership did not have the car that I wanted, he searched at other places for the perfect car for me. I am lucky to have gotten a car at a good price. He was not pushy and was very patient and helpful - what you need from a car dealer :) and they cleaned my car on the inside and outside which was awesome.

My salesman is Michael Dennis. In the past 3 years, I have purchased 3 cars from Michael. The 1st under the old dealership "Woodrum" and the 2nd & 3rd (for my sons), it was through Kunes Country. The price quoted to me was before the tires, but they stuck with that price even after the new tires! So I absolutely believe that I got a good, fair price with each car I purchased.

I had been searching for a traverse for about 3 months and dealt with many dealerships (with not so great customer service) and then I went to Kune's and they were by far the best. At no point was Michael pushy in the buying process. Michael was very personable and easy to talk to, at no point did I feel like just another customer he made me feel welcomed. The Managers Mark and Doug were also great when it came to negotiating on the price of my vehicle and making the deal happen. After the purchase of my vehicle Michael was very helpful in taking the time to make sure I knew how to work all my new gadgets in my car and continued to follow up with me after the purchase. I hadn't purchased a new car for quite some time so I was a little nervous. I was interested in getting another vehicle over the summer! My husband and I have 2 kids and we were driving a Chevy Trailblazer, so I was wanting something bigger, kids take up a lot of space!! A friend of ours recently started working at Kunes around this same time, his name is Kaiser Downs, and I mentioned it to him, and within days, I was test driving an amazing, used 2011 Chevy Traverse and it had everything and more that told him I wanted!! He let me take the car for 2 days because my husband wasn't sold on the color of the vehicle!! Well with a little convincing from Kaiser, myself, and the Sales Manager, Mark, he decided he didn't mind the color of it after all!! I had a wonderful experience with the whole staff!! Kaiser was very helpful and kind throughout the whole process and I was very happy to be buying a vehicle from a friend!! I was apprehensive about buying a car from a dealership. I was worried that I would get talked into something I didn't need by some slick salesman. A few minutes on his computer in his office and he had three different vehicles for me to look at. All three within my price range and mpg specifications. I never felt pressured to buy.
