I don’t know where to start. Well I purchased a Ram 1500...

I don’t know where to start. Well I purchased a Ram 1500 3 weeks ago the transmission is stuck in 4th gear, the heated mirrors stop working, HVAC front/left temperature door control is incorrect operating, PCM LR solenoid circuit went out, ECU has been reset and recovered and reset . These are all issues the Ram dealership has found with Their scanner, so UnlimitedMotors cleared all this just good enough to make the sale. I mean they made the truck seem it was in A-1 condition. Not only that I was told they will mail me my back up key because they don’t have it in there current location, I said I come pick it up but of course they will notify me when the “key collector” has it. I only gave them 1 Star because this site kinda needs some type of ratings. So DO NOT SHOP HERE THE PRICE IS BLINDING YOU FROM THE BIG PICTURE NO MATTER HOW BAD YOU NEED A VEHICLE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

We had a wonderful car buying experience at Unlimited Motors Noblesville. Tariq (sales & Manager) were very kind, helpful and attentive from the time we walked in until I drove my new car off the lot. they have made me feel very special. I would recommend dealing with these guys. High Five

Drove 4 hours to dealership. Well worth drive. Love my Jeep.. friendly service, great selection! Talked to them over the phone very friendly, and pictures on website are exactly what they sell ! Great place

Horrible experience! Would not come off the price at all...

Horrible experience! Would not come off the price at all when I asked to negotiate due to an accident report. Then wouldn't take the anti theft fee off that isn't required! And then when we decided we'd just go with the deal they refused to accept a check from our financing company which is one of the largest credit buruea in Indiana. Very rude salesman on top of it all! Take your money elsewhere!

Dishonest

The most dishonest dealership my wife and I have ever dealt with. We purchased a vehicle from out of state. We were not able to see the vehicle in person. We put our trust in the salesman to accurately represent the vehicles condition. He lied to us. The hood has bubbling paint and the car was also has a major dent in the door. Cost to repair the damage was $3000. When the dealership was confronted about the damages they tried to say the shipping company damaged the vehicle. Luckily the shipping company takes photos before pickup and the damage was clearly in the pictures. Now the owner of the dealership will not respond to our emails about getting the issue resolved. BUYER BEWARE!

This dealership is full of frauds and liars. I live out...

This dealership is full of frauds and liars. I live out of state and purchased a 2017 for explorer. The salesman (Mo) flat out lied to me about the condition of the vehicle, and the owner refuses to make the situation right. I was told there were no cosmetic issues with the interior or exterior when I specifically asked about scratches, dents, etc. The explorer was shipped to me and has a huge dent in the driver side door, the paint in the hood is bubbling, and it looks like a bucket of plaster was spilled all over the back and not properly cleaned up. I have emails and texts proving the salesman lied and the owner doesn’t seem to care. They tried to blame the shipping company, and when I sent them the pictures the shipper took of the vehicle on their lot you can clearly see the dent. So they’re lying about that too. They knew the dent was there. They knew the paint was bubbling, and they continue to lie. The owner won’t even respond to my messages anymore because there are no more excuses for them to try and make. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHADY DISGRACE OF A BUSINESS.
