Terrible, unprofessional crooks.

Terrible, unprofessional crooks. Want to respond to my review and tell everyone a lie. You will get busted I feel it, ripping people off. Riding on the reviews that Miss Worthy simply did not make her payment. No Miss Worthy is a smart educated woman who made an agreement that you guys did not standby you guys lied and it looks like on all your reviews. You’ve done this to about 10 people so I counted already. you were also rotten my name on other people‘s reviews that I have nothing to do with and talking about how I’m upset because you took my car before I went on vacation that is not true. I have not been on vacation so see you just make up little white lies to post for everybody to see to make yourself look better trash, trash, trash! Everyone on these reviews should continue to fight for themselves and do what they need to do just like I’m fixing to. Put them on the Better Business Bureau look up anything that you can put them on for their dealership shut these people down before they kill someone in one of their vehicles. I’m not gonna let this go. I was done very very wrong. I was treated with the utmost disrespect. I was yelled at on the phone And also told that I shouldn’t have a bought a car that I didn’t want or couldn’t pay for, and that was not his problem when in all reality his job is to guide people in the right direction and not be a crook, which is what he is so again, everyone stick up for yourself Fight for our rights because we have spent so much money on this place. and he’s living in the cliffs living the good life while taking from those who can’t afford and taking advantage. SHUT HIM DOWN!!!

Late on a payment of 195 dollars, and spoke with a salesman over the situation to leave the car at dealer until payment was made. They literally repossessed it the next day and charged me a towing fee of 400. After I asked can I return vehicle until payment processed over credit card. REAL CROOKS

BUYER BEWARE.

BUYER BEWARE. My husband recommended this car lot because he was financing a car through them. I then financed my own with $3000 down. I had my own account with no cosigner. Paid regular payments ($2900 worth). My husband voluntarily returned his vehicle and the car lot TOOK MY CAR TOO. I had been late on one payment, paid that payment and was "delinquent" on a 12$ late fee I didn't know I had. I did ask if I was to pay the delinquent amount plus the current due payment if I could keep the car since I had never defaulted on payments and was told no. They took my car because of a "policy" they have that says "if one person in a household returns their car or has it repo'd, anyone in the household who is also financing must turn theirs in as well". I WAS NOT TOLD of this policy (they say they did tell me) neither verbally or in writing OR I WOULDNT HAVE BOUGHT A CAR FROM THEM. They also had me initial items on a summary page when I got the car, one of which states "d) I understand that only those representations that are made in writing are binding on me or the dealership.". Again they neither told me verbally nor was this policy in the paperwork. I now have no car and am out nearly $6000 not to mention the parts and repair I had done on this car while I had it. I should have known this would end badly when they had a jeep on their lot who's odometer was reading 120k and i pulled a Carfax and it was in the 200k range. I informed the lot and they said they had it listed as "mileage unknown" and didn't bother to fix the mileage in their system.

Worst place in Asheville NC but a car, I purchased a car

Worst place in Asheville NC but a car, I purchased a car from this place and less than 3 days and 40 miles later my car was completely a non working motor vehicle, my driving belt broke m, the man knew it was a bad car but the lied and put fake maintenance on the car someone oiled up the driving belt and made it look like it and everything under the hood was brand new but it wasn’t!! The belt broke my insurance wasn’t activated and not only the they wanted to charge me $240.00 for them to tow it to the next mechanic shop that he owns, they were nice enough to do that for free but, once the suv got there they made all theses problems that never was even wrong with the car in the first place the total for my car to be fixed was $880.00 now mind you I just have this man 1,100 3 days ago I did not have that kinda of money the man did not offer to put it on back payment, of the vehicle loan nor even try and trade it out for something new, 3 DAYS NOT EVEN 40 miles like this is ridiculous and not even fair, he told me either I could pay the 859.00 or turn it in as a voluntary repossession! To tear my darn credit up, not only that went by a week later the man had the car on the lot for sale again! Completely a scam artist, please stay far away from this place. Smh worst experience ever!

do NOT buy here

watch out, these guys will illegally repossess your car. they will claim you have charges to your account that should NOT exist. they’ll claim your insurance is exported even though it’s not. they are 100% trying to scam people out of money and then repossess their barely passing inspection vehicles.

I most definitely agree with all these bad reviews of Appalachian Motors I purchase a vehicle in February and put $1,500 down that made one payment and then paid the rest of the car off in full within like the month after I purchased the vehicle the day after I paid the vehicle off the gear shift cable broke couple weeks after that literally everything started falling apart with the car and the bottom part of the car was completely rusted the frame was almost rusted in half these people are Crooks stay away from this car lot
