Pretty good scam to run on people, finance your vehicle, wait till ur a CPL grand in and then first payment I'm late on they steal my car and then tell me they are charging me 509 towing fee then they want to have the next payment before I can get it back, of and they charged 22 dollars to make a payment, they are deliberately making it to where I can't pay so they can steal from me, I'm reporting them to the bbb and anyone else I can think of fcc maybe even file suit for gps tracking me as well as theft by false pretenses, ty hurt car wasn't worth what they charged in the first place and it needs all kinds of work on it.

Do not buy a car here worst car lot in history read my review on their page! Save your money go somewhere else!!! I've never been treated so terrible in my life! I was literally cussed out by one of the sales guys and degraded by the payment collector here! Repoing my car because I left a bad review! Had insurance and tried to show them and they refused to care at all... just wanted to cuss me like a dog and degrade me!!! I've never had this kind experience at any car lot ever!!

I bought a truck from them and I had it less than a month and white driving down the road the entire wheel broke off. My husband is a mechanic and he fixed it but the parts cost $400 not to mention that we could have been killed or someone else could have been hurt or killed. Then when the weather got colder two months later the motor blew up. I would never recommend buying anything from them. They are selling lemons at the highest price possible. They are rude. I have bought a car from there and I have had it 3 months and the motor and transmission went out and and they have sold other friends of mine cars and the transmission went out of one and the motor went out in the other friend's car so I would not purchase anything from these people because they sell junk

I recently purchased a vehicle from Appalachian motors I was told that I did not receive the 6-month warranty which I clearly remember saying that I did want the warranty as my uncle was with me and he remembers as well now they are saying I have no warranty I've only had this vehicle 3 months the steering column is coming out the axle CV joints everything are popping about to break I have no air no heat 3 days to 5 days after I got in the car it was flooding water they said there was nothing they could do about it I called today they said I had no warranty that there was nothing they could do I could not trade the vehicle in nor was it their problem I have made every payment on time I was scared to death to call back after calling the first time about the water leaking like a swamp into my vehicle the first week I had it they had me crying and now they could care less that I am driving a death trap with two children and won't do anything about it I would suggest never going to Appalachian motors because they say one thing and then when it comes to the paperwork they act like they never heard it and that's how they do you I've heard it from a million people and now I know first hand I've only had this car 3 months let me remind you I have never in my life been so disrespected as a female and I'm going to bring all the attention I can to this car dealership unless something is done,because paying your payments on time and being kind and nice doesn't work for these people they want their money and they could care less if you end up dead in a car that they're letting you finance from them with children the car that I'm driving is literally a death trap!!!!!

This car lot is an absolute joke. You pay all this money to get a vehicle and the interest is so high not even a fraction goes toward the actual payment of the vehicle. The vehicles constantly are breaking down and when you try to deal with them they are smartasses. I wouldn’t advise anyone to go to this lot unless you want completely screwed out of your money and time.

THE WORST DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!! They sale nothing but junk and the pay off price continues to rise. Had a friend buy a car here and find out it had a salvage title after appalachin signed saying it wasnt a salvage LIARS AND THEIFS!

I jump to conclusions to quickly and realized that these guys here at Applachian Motors. Will be Happy to help you out! there Service has been good to us. Jason the owner is easy to reach and always willing to go above and beyond to help you out when you need it! So when your Contemplating give them a negative REVIEW stop and think how Helpful they were when other places Turned you away.

Have purchased two vehicles from this place. Should have learned my lesson after the first car. The second vehicle purchased had multiple problems- within a month, replaced all 6 ignition coils, the driver side window motor went dead- the middle console was broken, plus a lot of interior defects that were made to look unbroken at the time of test drive. UNREAL. I don’t know anyone with integrity that could do this to people knowing you are taking peoples money and ripping them off! It’s almost like stealing. Also, I took a check and paid off my car…. And was told I would be mailed the title. A YEAR later I received my title. I prefer honesty…about if a car has problems and these people that work here are far from honest, good people…..

These guys are terrible. They sold me a car with safety violations and refused to pay for all the work that needed to be done for it to pass. Stay away fron these shysters.
