We had an amazing experience when visiting Daisy Motor

We had an amazing experience when visiting Daisy Motor Group to purchase a Jeep. The sales staff were extremely accommodating and professional, they made us feel comfortable and at ease. Although we did not end up purchasing the Jeep from Daisy, we will definitely return in the future and recommended it to our friends and family.

Super helpful and honest!

I had no clue they were located so close to our house! Quaint and tucked away in RR. Super nice experience and redeemed my negative thoughts about car salesmen/dealerships! Wasn’t able to purchase tonight but I’ll be back!

Fast and Friendly

I spent all day in different dealerships feeling like nothing but a sale. The last stop I made was Daisy Motor Group, it should have been my first. The sales people are accommodating and treat you with respect. The amount of time spent there was nothing compared to all the dealerships i went to earlier. They get you in and out quickly which makes a huge difference when you're shopping with kids. They made lifelong customers of us. Thank you Daisy!

Simply The Best

I like the way they do business! I didn’t get tackled by an aggressive salesman when I got out of my car. I saw the vehicle online. The truck was in the condition as described online. The price was great and the vehicle was in perfect condition. Thanks Daisy! Steve Pflugerville, Texas

Sold my son a truck that had been flooded.

Terrible, dishonest used car lot. Sold my son a flooded vehicle without disclosing it. The owner denied that it could even happen so i offered to bring it back so we could look at it together and he wasn't interested. Do not buy a car from these crooks!!!!

Sold Vehicle with Pre-Existing Damage

Worst experience of my life. I will forever steer friends and family far from this dealership. We purchased a vehicle in May and less than 30 days later had to take it in to be serviced due to the vehicle not accelerating. Upon taking it to Daisy they had it quickly deferred to Don Hewlett due to the necessary transmission repairs being covered by manufacturer warranty. During Don Hewlett’s repairs of the vehicle they determined the transmission damage was due to a crack in the transmission case. We then filed a claim with insurance to see if they could determine the cause as we had the vehicle for less than 30 days and hadn’t been in a collision or hit anything. Insurance denied the claim due to their investigation determining the damage was existing prior to the start of the policy. Essentially they determined the damage was there before we purchased the vehicle. When we went to Daisy with these findings they refused to acknowledge these findings, which left us with $5k-$7k in required repairs for a vehicle we drove for less then a month. That was half the amount of the amount we financed for the car! We ended up having to trade it in at Don Hewlett and transfer the negative equity to a new vehicle. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM HERE!

Worst buy

I bought a 2005 GMC Sierra and it had some issues that I thought other dealers would fix before they sell the vehicle. The truck started vibrating and the front brakes would lock up in the break pass would he up a lot and it started doing it more and more frequently. I found out that the problem was that the master cylinder went bad and was leaking fluid inside the booster so I had to buy a new booster and master cylinder and that fix the problem but because the brake discs got so hot they got warped and now I had to get my discs turned. I also found it would leak oil and it took me a while to find out where it was coming from until I saw bubbles forming on the oil pan which means it was not torqued properly. then the check engine light came on and it was a knock sensor and when I open the valve cover to put in a new sensor I saw that the engine had old dry oil everywhere even though the broke read 85000 miles. Then like a year later I was backing out of my friend's driveway and my wheel just broke off. The freaking lower ball joint broke and my truck just head the ground. This truck is full of problems I regret buying it.

Daisy is Dishonest

We agreed to purchase a truck from Daisy contingent upon review by a mechanic. We offered to leave a deposit which they declined saying "it wasn't necessary" as long as we notify them of the mechanic appointment time. We did that. We told them the mechanic would be there after 2pm. Before they arrived, Daisy had sold the truck to someone else. Don't buy from Daisy. Dishonest.
