I bought my Mazda from this dealership and have been coming here for years to have it serviced. They are always professional, respectful, and efficient. I would highly recommend this dealership location.

Had a 10 am appointment for oil change/ tire rotation and multipoint inspection- took over 2 hours

first of all i feel better knowing that someone listens to me and and reacts accordingly, . i was considering asking if my service could be transferred to a different mazda dealership,because of the way i was talked down to and bullied over when after buying this used car. when i visited this dealership with the issue. . fast forward when i revisited this dealership and saw that the service manager has been replaced i felt good, this manager deal with me very good, he listened, overall everything was good, the service personnel who wrote up my service paper , pardoned me for not remembering his name. was very attentive and thoughtful

I love this dealership! It is so clean, modern and efficient. The service is terrific and the mechanic sends you a video of your car as he is working on it. The courtesy is very welcoming. I look forward to my oil changes.

Everything went great. In the waiting room, I observed a very nervous older woman with battery problems. I was impressed with the service attendant as he patiently listened, explained what could be done with grace, kindness and respect. I was impressed!

Professional, courteous and helpful Got prompt response on the work completed and was offered a loaner as I needed to get to work, and the job wasn't done.

Cape Cod Mazda is an OK experience. Sales people ignore you, which is probably better than speaking to them. Service is focused on getting a quick pay day and not the overall care of the vehicle. Price quoted was double for the same work done at a different Mazda dealer. Also the service tech video and the feedback I got in person were totally different. No preventative maintenance offered. As ever CC Mazda is bleh. Worth noting that I have purchased three vehicles and done all service for over a decade at my home Mazda dealer. It’s a shame that dealers should differ so much.

The service department was extremely informative and very courteous. The dealership was impeccably clean and snacks were plentiful. Rafael was very helpful.
