Best Import Auto Sales

Don't waste your money buying a car from Best Import Auto Sales in Raleigh. Cars that supposedly look good, but have many hidden defects and corrosion underneath. They are a fake smile and quite dishonest the owners of that dealership.

Was very pleased with service. I love my 2012 Tundra. Staff went out of their way to help. Met me on a Sunday to close the deal. Small car lot, but don’t judge them according to that. They were fair, helpful, and knowledgeable

Unfortunately, my experience with this place was not good. My understanding that they do no inspection of the cars they resell. Very soon after purchase, the car was making metal grinding noise when braking. The brakes were so bad that rotors had to be replaced. No dealership would sell the car like that, its just so dangerous. Also, some car parts were missing. If you have no knowledge of cars, do NOT buy here. Its better to pay a little extra and get the car from place that would check it to make sure it is safe to drive.

Even though the facilities were not attractive, the service was excellent!!! Mohammad was so easy to work with. He allowed us to take the car to a Toyota dealership and have it fully inspected before purchasing the vehicle. He answered the phone every time I called and was very friendly. The entire time it took to actually "buy" the car including all paperwork was 15 minutes and it only took that long because of us! He had all the paperwork done within just a couple of minutes and made purchasing the car super fast and easy. Absolutely no stress or headache. He was kind and put the tag on the new car for us (even went and got some new bolts because the ones we had were rusty). Then he saw me trying to get the window sticker off and he voluntarily came over and helped me and took it off for me. The car was just as described on the internet. Very nice and clean. I would definitely buy from this dealership again and highly recommend them to anyone else! I always said I wish car buying could be easier, and with this company it can be! If you want easy and hassle free then this is your place! Don't let the look of the facilities deter you from shopping here!

Honesty, Integrity, and Diligence would be the first three words I'd use to describe Muhammed and the staff at Best Import Auto Sales. The car was exactly as described, the staff was very honest, and easy to deal with. I have just returned from registering my Used car, and everything went off without a hitch. It passed emissions with flying colors, all the paperwork was expertly prepared, and oh yeah, the car ran flawlessly the 600+ miles home. I would heartily recommend the Best Import Autos folks. This is how you are supposed to feel after buying a used car.

Appreciate the earlier reviews that stated to not let facilities fool you. They are well used , parking is tight, shop lobby is spartan but clean. From moment we drove up Mohammed and family's hospitality and desire to do customer service was 5+ Star. He knew we come a long way and wanted to make us have most of trip regardless if we brought a car or not. Car was cleaned and ready to be test driven. When test drive showed my only hold back on sale was concerned that alignment was off at highway speed. He gave me options of reduced price so I could use funds to go do alignment that shop of my choice back home or get aligned there in a hour. I choose to wait one hour while He had alignment done on his tab. Directed us to local mall. One hour and a short highway drive felt realignment was true and I was ready to buy. Treated my bride with respect. She felt comfortable staying at shop while I did second test drive. She is cautious going on her own away from home but felt safe at shop with family. Would I go back? Yes and refer Long as this business stays in the family it will succeed. Location in high income Cary, NC I experienced local residents ignore the well worn shop and come to see and look at buying cars. It was a busy place, people came by. That is a good sign for me that this is a true diamond in the rough. Sometimes the man behind the business that makes it a great one. The family makes the most of the blessing they see is to sell good used cars to good people. . Thanks Mohammed and family!

Mohammad was very prompt in responding to my questions prior to traveling to the dealer to test drive the vehicle. He very accurately represented the car's history and condition. It was very fairly priced versus the online market for similar equipped 2007 Audi's. No issues to date with the car or the follow-up items involving the purchase process (registration, etc). Small, no frills operation that allows this dealer to offer very competitive prices.

I can't say enough about this dealership that is good things. I purchased my car from them three months ago, although it was an as is sale, the owner was more than happy to address few issues that I had with the car after the sale. Also this dealership saved me good bit of money on repairs on my other car ( it is also a service garage). I will not hesitate to buy another car from them or to have my cars serviced by them. Just wonderful people.

I've purchased quite a few used cars over the past twenty years, with my experiences with the process ranging from OK to pretty good - that is, until my recent purchase of a car from Best Import Auto Sales in Raleigh, NC. Simply put, every aspect of the process was exceptional. The listing was accurate, with many excellent high resolution photographs covering all aspects of the car. The car was represented accurately, with many details provided in the listing. From my initial call to my drive off the lot, every interaction with Mohammad (one of the owners) and his staff was exceedingly pleasant, respectful, and courteous. Most important for me however was the lengths to which Mohammad went to ensure that the car was perfect before I left. I had driven six hours from Georgia to purchase the car, and when an issue arose during my test drive, Mohammad provided the level of service and attention to detail that is rarely seen in today's marketplace. It was perfectly clear that my satisfaction was the most important part of the sale.
