DON'T SUPPORT THIS DEALERSHIP!

Do NOT support this dealership! RUN AWAY! Our story…we put down $1,000 deposit for a Prius. Nick Johnson gladly took our money and told us it could be up to 3 months. We NEVER heard from him….no updates, no communication about allocations, etc. We then went in and worked with a salesguy that is no longer there. We switched our $1,000 deposit to a Rav4. Tim Anglin contacted us about an available Rav4, but not the model we wanted. We still went in to test drive at the very end of the day. We told him we wanted to talk it over that night and would contact him first thing in the morning. My husband contacted him the following morning & caught him just as he was walking into work. We shared that we were interested in purchasing the vehicle and he said the earliest he could meet him would be at 1:00. My husband walked in at 1:00 and Tim said that they were going to have to talk about another vehicle because the one we test drove and were meeting about had just sold! At that point we decided to start working with Lithia Toyota in Klamath Falls. Their salesguy contacted me WEEKLY about available cars, when he was expecting to get certain models in, etc. We ended up buying a car from them. The financial guy, in Klamath, told us that we were the 8th customer from Bend in the last 2 days! It was SO worth the drive to work with ethical, honest, communicative people. The final straw with Kendell of Bend was trying to get our $1,000 deposit back. It was going to take a week to get it back to us. I ended up calling and speaking to sales manager, Jason Bartlett, asking that they expedite getting OUR money back. He told me the soonest would be 3 days later on a Monday at 10:00 AM. My husband went in on that Monday at 10 AM and there was NO CHECK! He told the salesguy that I had spoken to a Jason and he said it would be ready. Well, my husband walked out without the check and they told him it would be ready by Friday. I tried calling multiple times to get a hold of Jason or any manager, but no one ever picked up the call. I left a VM for the general manager, Jason Wilkinson, stating I will be there after work and will expect to meet with him. As soon as I got off work, we drove over to the dealership and the check was ready. We met with Jason Bartlett and he assured us that the check was ready at 10 AM. He condescendingly told my husband that if he had asked for him directly (earlier that day) he would have walked out with a check. Turns out the salesguy DID ask Jason about the check, but he was in a meeting and told him to deal with it. Jason Bartlett LIED straight to our face! After his accusatory tone and talking in circles, I asked to speak to the general manager, Jason Wilkinson. He said we are not the first to speak about the lack of communication and frustrations. He blamed it on COVID and how salesguys did not need to work/communicate because cars sold themselves. In the end, he said he would get us some roof racks for our new car. Guess what!?! That was 2 weeks ago and WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY COMMUNICATION! I called and left a VM asking about the status. No returned call. I get it. Why communicate with us when they won’t be getting our money. Clearly the culture starts at the top. DON’T SUPPORT THIS DEALERSHIP! THEY DO NOT deserve your money!

I was set to buy a new Tacoma.

I was set to buy a new Tacoma. I was coming from out-of-state, so wanted to make sure it would be ready for pickup when I arrived(extras,etc.). After getting handed of to a diff. sales person, and submitting info for my vehicle for a trade-in offer, I never received another call. I suspect because they new I was paying cash. The truck I wanted was still online a week later. Rating: ZERO!!

Horrible experience twice.

I would give kendall auto sales a -5 star review if i could. You bring in a vehicle for trade in they absolutely low ball you Then when you see the $22000 car on the lot after all there added xxxx you don't need and the negative equity from the low ball offer you get you owe $32000 On the new loan this is by far the worst car dealership there is they get cars for the absolute lowest price so they can make 10-20 grand on the vehicle. It makes me sad that people actually give them there business.

So – stopped by the dealership yesterday.

So – stopped by the dealership yesterday. Saw the car driving in and went over to the car and looked at it. Showing it’s age in some spots, needs the top replaced (probably around a grand), but I figured that’s all stuff I can handle. Was ready to come in and make the deal, until I saw the price tag hanging in the car. Seriously? You advertise this car all over the internet, for under 10K, but yet when one takes the time and effort to travel to you and be there in person, you jack the price up a couple grand to over 12K? Talk about sleazy! In

I contacted Kendall Toyota about a used car on their lot. Will M. responded to my questions and was condescending. As is commons with many politicians, he intentionally did not answer my actual question but different question with the intention of misleading me. I then spoke with his supervisor Jason W. Jason likes to talk on and on and using the tactic of mixing many small misrepresentations and unnecessary information into a long monologue. You have to interrupt many times or listen to him drone on and on with many lies and truths blended together to obscure the truth and making it very difficult to correct all the misrepresentations in his monologue. Taking a complaint about shady behavior to the manager will simply waste more of your time.

I appreciate when they prove my point. They responded with a generic cut and paste response that does not address any specific issue I had. These people are the worst clowns and when I talked to the manager he told me he didn't know what I was talking about with regard to many auto industry sales resources and information. He is lying, has no idea what he is doing, or most likely, a bit of both. Steer clear of these clowns if at all possible.
