My brakes started seeking right after I bought the car in jauary.they where willing to charge thee rotors and brake pads at my expense. And I was willing to pay for it all . But after the brake inspection .I inspected my car like I always do . Even after I wash it . And today after the break inspection I found a deep scratch on the passenger front wheel. So I brought it to the service managers attention. So she brought a sales manager outside to talk to me .he would not belive me when I told him that the scratch was not there before I came into there shop. Without trying to work with me. The manager just kept repeating that there is no way they could have damaged my wheel. I can see where something g hit the tire right above the scratch on the wheel. If you are going to have them work on you car . Be prepared for this dishonesty. They would rather treat you like crap and call you a liar to your face then do the right thing and work it out with you.so sad they should fire this guy before losing anymore customers.

Predatory lending. Misrepresentations concerning cars quality. They manipulate you by being fake nice, but then are very condescending. They are not quality focused at all. They need a visit from consumer protection
