Was told the finance guy was a ?xxxxxx bag? and had to wait to come back another day to have the ?good? finance guy. My car was on the lot, not detailed,... with a door needing replaced. Told it would take 2-3 days to fix.. took two weeks. Then my speaker wouldn?t work. Asked then to save my previous plates to save money on licensing. They sold my car to an auction and ?forgot to take them off?. Dealt with customer service and only Nick from the Lincoln dealership actually sounded sorry. Never received an apology from anyone else.
