My experience with ICC was an unexpected great experience. I was in the market for two specific types of vehicles. One for my wife and the other for my son, that just recently became a licensed driver. I greatly appreciate the attention to detail that Afrim and his staff takes when selecting there inventory. In the past I have purchased vehicles from companies that were simply passing on someone else's mechanical problems. CarFax is only good if each vehicles are documented. That is were I feel ICC provided me with the greatest service. They had one of two of the specific vehicles in stock at there Skokie location. Once I advised them of the other vehicle I wanted along with the price-point, mileage and accessories they took less then one week to locate it and had it delivered to their dealership within 2 business days. What was very appreciative is, I was under know commitment to purchase the vehicle if I in fact did not like it. They were able to do my due diligence on the vehicle on my behalf without me having to do anything. I did in fact purchase both vehicles with warranties at the money I was willing to spend. On one of the vehicles they were able to offer me a better finance rate then I was getting from my own bank! Very, Very pleased to say the least. I have read many reviews on many dealerships with stories that were positive but probably unlikely. I hope whom ever this review reaches that they take this postive review as one of reality. I would highly recommend ICars to anyone.

I stopped by iCars to test drive a 2008 BMW M3. I was pleasantly surprised to find all the cars located in a well-lit and very clean showroom. This gave me the opportunity to really look over the M3 top to bottom. Jasin my salesman gave me as much time as necessary to test drive the car, even getting it up to speed on the nearby Edens Expressway. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase at that moment. Definitely not the typical used car games of sitting at the sales desk while the salesman has to ?talk to the manager?. It was all smooth and effortless. Working with Afrim, I was able to negotiate a fair price and close the deal in short order. On the drive home, I experienced a minor engine issue with the vehicle. After contacting Afrim about the problem, he assured me it would be taken care of. I brought the car back the following Monday and it was immediately taken across the street where their mechanic was able to correct the issue while I waited. It was all very professional and I couldn?t be happier. I would definitely suggest you give iCars a try if you?re in the market for a quality used car.
