Wonderful experience—our sales rep Z was top notch professional— communicated frequently took videos answered a million questions patiently and knew the car we end up buying well enough to describe it in great detail—then set up excellent shipping — the car arrive at our door 3 days after payment—can’t ask for a better experience But the best part was the car itself— a beautiful clean babied 2015 bmw x3 that is in near show room condition and drives like a dream. Our bmw mechanic did a complete diagnostic and it passed with flying colors We’re send all of our friends here

I flew out from Washington state to check out a Z06 and everything was exactly as described. Before I came out there were pics, videos, and more than just the ones posted as they would send them as you requested with no hesitation. My sales person was Zoran and the communication from start to finish was amazing. He even dropped me back off at my hotel and drove the car to do a ppi himself as I did not have the time which also came with tons of photos from the recommended shop. Then shipped the car to me with no hassles at a great price. I highly recommend these guys and Zoran is top notch!

I purchased a 2013 BMW X5 50I from iCars Chicago. My sales person was Zoran. I must say he was excellent to do business with. He was prompt, courteous, professional and catered to my preference to do business via email, as I live in CT. The vehicle was exactly as described. It was in showroom condition which is incredible for a 2013. Extremely low miles. I know I was paying a premium for this vehicle because of the incredible condition and low miles and it was well worth the money. Zoran did work with me on price, so I appreciated the willingness to negotiate. All docs were promptly mailed and the vehicle was delivered to me in lightning fast time. I would highly recommend Zoran and iCars Chicago to anyone looking for a premium vehicle.

Where do I begin…So I was in a horrific car accident about 3 weeks ago when I hydroplaned my dream car, a 2017 370Z pearl white sport tech. Jason was great to work with and very upfront on setting expectations on the condition of a 2011 BMW Z4 sDrive35is Convertible. iCars made a lot of repairs in advance of my traveling to Chicago to see the car and he was always quick with his replies to my many questions. I was able to fly in, inspect, test drive, and close the deal. I wouldn't normally say I enjoy a 5-hour drive home, but it was fun in the "new" car. I would recommend Jason and iCars if looking to purchase.
