I bought my car last month on Dec 26th, and so far the service is horrible, nobody picks up their phones or returns phone calls. I've called Justin Dewoody numerous times, left messages and even text him about what was covered over my warranty being that I'm paying extra for it, and he didn't provide me with any documents showing what was covered. now I have been called in regards to picking up my license plate and again I cant get anyone on the phone. This is so annoying. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

What a great experience!!!
My salesperson, Jose Barrientes, was simply amazing. I purchased a truck that was still ?in transit.? Jose and Marjorie actually went to the rail yard and picked up my truck and brought it to the dealership to have all the finishing touches done to it. They stayed in constant communication with me throughout the process. Buying a car used to be an all day experience, but they have made it much more streamlined and efficient. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend working with Jose and Marjorie.

Sold me junk and don't want to fix it
Bought a used Jeep here. The dropped it off with a busted windshield (they replaced the windshield), a headlight out(I had to replace it was (137.00) and a major oil leak. They will do nothing I have to pay to fix it. Wouldn't take the car back wouldn't trade me out of it. Don't believe the commercial. They will sell you junk and smile while they do it.

Clean and nice dealership with helpful employees
My parents and I have been buying cars from Carlos Diaz for the last 12 years and he has never disappointed (just bought one from him today). The staff is helpful and very A- class. They truly do not accept anything other than exquisite service to customers and I can tell you that my family and I leave in good spirits every time.

Dealer Add Ons
I was obtaining quotes on new Silverado's and reached out to for the dealerships best offer. I received it failry quickly and noticed there was dealer add ons. I reached back out and asked them to remove them because I didnt want to pay for something I didnt ask for. The reply I received was "have to have add ons". Sterling McCall Chevy has been removed from my list of dealerships to shop from because I refuse to pay for items I dont want.

Superior service
Professional, fast, quality service. I got new tires and a rotation, fast turn around and everything was installed perfectly. Customer service was amazing, always professional. 10/10 recommended this location. Great management.

The worst customer service
They sold us a brand new vehicle that had been damaged during transport . per 2 other dealerships .Then accused us of damaging it with garage door .general sales manager Maurice Caraway refused to fix the damage. Proceeding with my attorney
