Yasmeen was very professional,patient and very detailed

Yasmeen was very professional,patient and very detailed about what was going on with our vehicle. Anytime we had question during the time our vehicle was getting serviced she was quick to respond and made sure we understood the services that our vehicle needed. She displayed the best customer service we have ever received we greatly appreciate her going above and beyond with our warranty company this dealership is very fortunate to have such a dedicated associate who really looks after her customers. Thank You Yasmeen for being great and keep up the outstanding work.

We had a afternoon appt to look at a used vehicle And car was sold just before arriving but Ronald Garcia was very understanding and helpful and got us into something better! A great car buying experience!

The service was excellent.

The service was excellent. The dealership towed our vehicle and for service provided fast and efficient and excellent service and even provided transportation for us back to pick up our vehicle when the service was completed. All of this was done at no charge for us and was covered by our warranty. This is probably the best service I have ever had by any car dealership.

AVOID!

AVOID!!! Extremely bad experience with this dealer. I went in on 6/16 to look at a truck I saw online. And the truck needed maintenance, I couldn’t even test drive it. According to the salesperson, Jose Barrientes, it was only a sensor so I agreed to sign paperwork stating I was going to purchase the truck once it was serviced in order to remove it from their website. It was supposed to be a quick fix but it has turned into a 2 week and some days ordeal. I have been the one having to constantly call to ask for updates and swearing I was going to get called back with updates but never did. I then decided I was no longer interested as it felt like they were not being transparent. Yesterday 6/30 I called and spoke to Clint who is supposed to be the sales manager. I asked for an update and he said the sensor had been changed and that they were working on the injectors, I then said that the injectors never had been mentioned to me and that I was now no longer interested. He then said he would give me a call back in “a couple minutes” and those “couple minutes” has now turned into 24+ hours. I tried calling again today to ensure I don’t have to do anything on my part and ended up having to leave a voicemail. I highly recommend avoiding this dealership as a whole. The most unprofessional service I have ever received.
