DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THE PRE-OWNED DEPARTMENT. The WORST customer service experience of my life! All they care about is getting their commission and a pay check. The car they sold me has spent more time in the mechanics than on the road. Countless faults. Every time I try to find out what is going on I’m left on hold and nobody knows.

Do not go here unless you want to be screwed

I called Sterling McCall used autos there and got to speak with a salesman Christian Rivera (not sure if that’s correct spelling or not) and explained to him I am putting my 17 year old daughter in her 1st car. We was looking at this 2014 kia optima it had a lot of miles on it but run really good. It was with in our price range so we bought it cash money. We had the understanding with Christian and the even checked with the financing guy that we paid that we had 5 days if we had any problems with the car we could bring it back and have it checked out or be refunded. On the fourth day it threw a BSD code which is blind side detection error which is a safety issue the next day the 5th day it threw a P0269 code which is basically fuel injector issue. I called Christian on the 4th day and let him know of the BSD code and he told me to bring it in. This was late in the evening so that’s why we was bringing in on the 5th day. I was working so I had my daughters take it over. When they got there I they called me on the phone and I talked with Christian and come to find out he either flat out lied to me and the dealership just does not care about selling junk cars to their customers with safety issues and putting young kids at risk. Before I even paid for the car I double checked and triple checked that I would have 5 days and Christian said yes and the finance guy told me that it was a standard with preowned vehicles. So now after the facts that they all the sudden when we get up there after we was told to bring it back now it’s not considered a preowned and because we paid cash it is now considered a wholesale even though we was given the option to finance it. Wholesale supposedly only has 3 days we was told the keys was put in the wrong box but yet we still had an option to finance. We was told to bring it back Friday which was 2 days later by Christian so again my daughter brought it back and he again said they cannot do anything even though we was told to bring it back. So I called Christian and he said he was on my side and was gonna work on it I said ok and asked to speak to his manager and 3 days later I still have not heard anything. In my honest opinion they had cleared the codes just so they could sell the car. I really hate dealing with people that lie their xxxxx off just to screw people over not care about the consequences it may put other people through just to line their pocket books. I will be reporting this to the BBB and posting their actions all over social media apps that I can find. Unless this situation is resolved. Since I cannot seem to get ahold of the managers by phone maybe they will see this and get with me.

Had work done to fuel pump wire that broke or didn't

Had work done to fuel pump wire that broke or didn't work, they don't know why !!! They had to take the spare tire off ,without the key, work back there to trace/rerun a new wire. 800 miles later my tailpipe breaks off because it wasn't attached as I found out. They claim no responsibility, "we didn't disconnect the exhaust !!! " WHO DID ????
