Your Choice Auto Sales of Crestwood

After several issues with the vehicle that I purchased, I contacted the manager, Nasir, he listened to all of my concerns, and took care of all my issues. Dealing with Your Choice Autos was a great experience.

Good communication with sales person. Very cooperative and they allowed me an extended test drive which was important to my decision. I purchased the car from them. Would shop there again.

I stopped here to look at a car and made a good offer. The manager turned down my offer. He then tried to talk me into buying a bunch of other cars. When i tried to leave his office he finally said hed sell it at a lower price, than an even lower price. He told me once I walked out the door the offer was over, and if i came back he wouldnt sell it at the same price. As this was going on there was another person in there that was arguing with another employee about a car he bought. I wont be back.

After receiving an e-mail response that the car I wanted to see was available I called and was assured the car was available. I drove down to Crestwood and was told by the guy in the office to see the porters. There was a red S40 there... but a newer one priced $2500 higher with plenty of other vehicles priced at the $2000 I'd been looking to spend. I'm sure it was an honest miscommunication. Next time I'll specify the VIN number when calling. I stopped at the Your Choice lot further up the road and found it to be better maintained.

The price on the car I was trying to buy was really good. So i emailed the company to check availibilty and its been a month now with now reply from them so I am pretty angry, I dont want to call or visit because I dont have the money yet

Great used car selection at reasonable process , I was able to haggle it down further because I was paying in cash but before I did they wouldn't budge on financing( which they were willing to do on a 5k car with 1.3k down)
