I heard about this place from a friend, so before I went looking on Craigslist or a bigger lot, I stopped by to see what they had. I was surprised at the selection, and the guy who helped me (Brad) seemed to be a really nice guy. I'm all about customer service, and this place is basically the Chick-fil-A of car shops. I was looking for a newer Honda Accord, and they had exactly what I was looking for on the lot. Brad was very kind and helpful and didnt try to push me into buying something more expensive that I didn't need. He worked with me on the price, and I came home happy. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for an honest & family-friendly place to get a car.

Best car buying experience I have ever had! I bought a truck from Cliff and Sons loved the truck, loved the salesman, Bradley and loved the entire process. They really made it fun for me to get a truck! Cliff even stopped in to personally thank me for allowing him to earn my business. This place is a great family owned business, and I wouldn't take my business anywhere else. The truck I purchased had some issues come up a few weeks after I had it, (which is expected when buying a used vehicle) but I called Cliff and Sons to see if they could help. Cliff told me to bring the truck in, and he fixed it for me free of charge, and even gave me a year warranty after that, just incase anything was to happen! This place takes a lot of pride in the vehicles they sell and you can tell. Thank you Cliff and Sons for going above and beyond what I ever expected when buying a pre-owned vehicle. Worst experience of my life. We purchased a vehicle and on the way home it broke down. So we went back the next morning to talk about it and they send out a guy we had never seen before. He started yelling and telling us he would sue us for everything if we tried to bring it back. I thought we were going to get into a fight the way he was acting. He never introduced himself to us but later on we found out that was Cliff. Do not buy here. CROOKS CROOKS CROOKS. I traded in a car with engine problems and heard them say, clean it up and if they drive off the lot it's theirs. Do not buy from them. CROOKS CROOKS CROOKS CROOKS

We were looking for a specific vehicle and had came across some on the internet. After visiting several car dealers and test driving several vehicles Cliff and Sons gave us the best deal. We were treated very nicely and even though it was a late Saturday they stayed until the deal was complete and we drove our new vehicle home. I am extremely pleased with my new ride and will return for future deals. It was a great experience.

I purchased a vehicle from cliff and sons. The vehicle was not what it was advertised to be. I paid over $23,000 cash for a vehicle ton 8-31-16 that I've already spent $800 on and it is still sitting in my driveway because it has other issues that I have to save for to get fixed. The vehicle was not in their name and never inspected by the jefferson county sheriff as all vehicles are supposed to be inspected before sold in the state of ky. Currently, the temp tag is expired and I cant get it inspected without a title which I don't have. These people are crooked and you should never buy a vehicle from them.

I have purchased all of my vehicles from Cliff and Sons Auto Sales, and they never disappoint. I recently went to look for a car, they didn't have the car that i exactly wanted. Within two days of me visiting Cliff's they had personally went out and got the car that I was looking for! They are great people who will do anything for you.
