ERay the sales person was great . Willis Lane was very helpful with going over different things in the car.
Bad service, bad sales-bad everything. Keep of the
New faces of old name: the service, the sales - all bad. That is not just bad-it is outstandingly bad-and dangerous to use the service. After break repair and wheel replacement in less than hour on the beltway my car stopped because of...the same problem with breaks and newly replaced wheel was flat! $560 and ... Jim McKay just steal my money... or yes, if you buy a new car than we can take the old one for few grants -oriental tricks from the same people.. not even close come to Jim McKay. Set of fraudsters and crooks- with general manager ruling all this bedlam I am"lucky" I've learned it since have plan to buy there a new car.
NO REPAIR WAS MADE NOR ATTEMPTED. WE USED YOUR WHEEL AND TIRE TO REPLACE THE OLD WHEEL AND TIRE WITH. THE ONLY THING WE DID WAS ADDRESS THE NOISE ISSUE FROM THE RIGHT FRONT OF THE VEHICLE. STOP SPREADING LIES ABOUT THIS DEALERSHIP.
They gave very quick information on the car.
They gave very quick information on the car. Car was priced reasonably. However the offered $5k less in trade than other dealers.
MIKE RANEY IS A SUPER SERVICE ADVISOR. HE KNOWS ME AND MY CAR INSIDE AND OUT. WISH THEY WASHED YOUR CAR LIKE OTHER DEALERS.

Great customer service
Provided proactive service by checking my battery before I even knew it was low
They are selling the trucks at least 10k over msrp,...
They are selling the trucks at least 10k over msrp, wouldn't even budge on that. Unethical practice even in these times, it isn't like they would ever discount a vehicle 10k. Move on..
Love Jim McKay!!!
I came in for an oil change on my Cruze that I bought from Jim McKay brand new in March of 2019 and left with a brand new Trax! Anna approached me and the entire experience was AWESOME! She kept updating me when waiting on finance and she knew exactly what she was talking about. She impressed me when she opened the hood of the vehicle! You know us ladies sometimes think that's a guy thing! Lol! Anna gave the ultimate customer service and she reached out to me a couple of days later to ensure I was still enjoying my new Trax! She even gave me a little history on the Jim McKay dealership which made me even more happy to be apart of the Jim McKay family! She is truly a gem. I receives excellent customer service from finance down to signing all of my documents and walking out with my keys! Thank you all for an even better experience than my last purchase (even though that was a great experience as well)! I don't plan to go anywhere else for my family's car buying needs! Love you gals and guys there!

Excellent review for Jim McKay
Highly recommend Jim McKay. They work with the client and make the best deal and make a sale possible. Time could be cut down but still worth the wait.
We appreciate your positive review about your recent experience with us! Thanks again for the recommendation, and have an amazing day!
BE WARE OF FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY
This establishment ran an illegal credit pull on my credit (while I am in the process of purchasing a home). This dropped my score 11 points, greatly delaying my moving process from a hotel. With this, Im more upset that my credit was pulled after I advised, repeatedly, that I did not want my credit ran and I was paying in cash, after I was told that none of my information would be used to run my credit. I made it very clear that I was paying in cash when I walked in the door for this specific reason. The sales person bought me a credit form to sign (stating that I will allow the company to pull my credit and/or provide financing). I declined to sign the form because it was not relevant to my purchase. I was told that the form would be used for record keeping then, I was told 'the form was to sent to the Department of Motor Vehicles'. Eventually, a manager came out to trying and convince me to sign this form for 15mins, I declined. The manager lays a credit file on the table: 'you have a good credit score, what's the problem? ', 'I just bought house I did the same thing, didn't impact my credit score, you will be fine'. I was upset. I asked why did her run my credit score. He gave no explanation, he continued to try and convince me to sign a form giving him permission to run my credit. I declined. Worse experience ever, should have taken my uncle with me to provide the same tone, but no one was available and I did not have a car. After returning to the US from another country due to COVID, I saved and borrowed to a purchase a vehicle to avoid having my credit pulled.

Can you provide me with more details so I can investigate this further? And if you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me. Thank you, Rahel M.
