Saw online that they had the car I wanted, but they were in Chicago, and I was in San Francisco. So the question was whether I could trust them. The answer, now that I have the car, is a resounding YES! Jon Moroni and I talked on the phone, agreed on a price, and did the deal. DocuSign made things easy, and Jon was always available to answer my questions. I arranged shipping, received the car, and it was exactly as described. Overall, an excellent experience.

The whole staff at Mancuso Motorsports were excellent.. They all go out of their way to help the customer.. They drove the car to me to test drive.. When I asked about the history on the car they were they knew all the facts.. I requested an inspection on the car, so they sent it to Audi.. for a PPI.. I live out town ,North Carolina, so all of these things were handled for me.. I put a $500 deposit down to hold the car, with this they were willing to give me all the time I needed to work my schedule to travel to Chicago.. I negotiated a price that was fair and I was pleased I received a great , wonderfully, well maintained car.. I picked up the car at the dealership it was fully ready.. and detailed.. they even programmed my GPS for the long drive home.. The next car I get will be from Mancuso, I trust them to have cars that are in excellent condition and at a fair price.. I look forward to next time!

Jonathan and Jake made our buying experience a smooth and enjoyable process. Both of them were friendly and knowledgeable. We drove from Minneapolis to Chicago and I had reservations about such a long trip for the car but Jonathan eased my mind about the quality of the used Audi S6 we purchased. The car turned out to be exactly as good as he said it was. We had our 9 and 11 year old kids with us (not exactly the age of kids you want hanging around your luxury car showroom) and everyone was kind and inviting to them as well as my wife and I. They even had a little dachshund that my daughter quickly made friends with. The way they treated our kids made my wife and I much more comfortable with the buying process. Buying the car was smooth and easy. Jonathan did a fantastic job getting us the best interest rate possible and they gave us exactly what I thought our trade in was worth. I would highly recommend Mancuso?s. Great Job and thank you for the awesome car!

Hello ? I wanted to mention my recent purchase experience with Mancuso Motorworks of Chicago for the purchase of an Audi RS5. I am a confessed car enthusiast and have purchased many cars to date, including everything from Pontiac GTOs to Plymouth AAR Cudas and the like. I prefer a bit of performance! As Director of the auto fleet for a billion dollar company, I ?get? to purchase all of the vehicles, so I have a fairly good idea of how the purchase works. I know how to obtain a good deal and can apply the same processes for my personal purchases. My research brought me to the Audi RS5 coupe, a real driver?s car with Audi luxury. I finally found the right car at Mancuso Motorworks in Chicago - it was (only) 1,200 miles away! The Mancuso sales representative that I spoke with seemed like a good guy on the phone - not the typical fast-talking type that I have encountered previously. His name was Jake. He was very personable and knowledgeable about the car on the phone, and had answers for my questions. When he didn?t know the answer he found out, which put me at ease. The more I learned about the car, the more I knew this was the one. I had been studying the market for this make, model, year and options and knew what the price range should be ? and this one was priced right. I coordinated a pre-purchase inspection at the Audi dealership which I paid for and Jake even took it there and back for me. The car checked out to be in amazing overall condition, but for a small hidden nail in a tire ? which they took care of repairing. We discussed pricing and got to an agreement which I thought was very favorable to me. I found a flight and flew to Chicago to inspect and test drive the car. It was impeccable. Jake didn?t know it but I was sold in the first few seconds of seeing the car. Done! The test drive just cemented my decision as it was (is) a fantastic driver?s car and looks very understated which is what I wanted. Jake helped me through the purchase process, then my son and I drove it all the way from Chicago back to Florida ? I have been smiling ear-to-ear ever since! Thank you Jake and Mancuso Motorworks!

Mancuso Motorsports 1000000%!!
I was shopping for a specific Porsche Cayenne for several months. I saw Mancuso Motorsports had a similar vehicle in stock. I called and spoke to Jon who informed me that the vehicle I was interested in had JUST sold. I was sad as this specific Cayenne had the exact options I wanted. Jon asked that I give him and his team a week or two to try and source a similar vehicle. I thought that would be very difficult seeing that I had been shopping for months and could not find the exact options I wanted. Within a week to follow I got a call from Frank, their General Manager, who was excited to tell me that they had found a similar vehicle. I was excited but also concerned if it had the options I wanted and was in good condition. Both Jon and Frank sent me pictures of the vehicle and a build sheet to show the options, as well as the carfax showing it was a ONE OWNER. I was ecstatic! We wrapped up the deal a day or two to follow and they arranged shipping to California for me as well. This team was nothing short of amazing. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a vehicle!!!!

Great deal and service
I bought an Audi RS5 and had it shipped to Connecticut. It arrived right on time and was better than described. The price was very good for a car with ceramic brakes and sport exhaust. It also came with a full tank of gas - much appreciated.

Ready to drive 0% and fixed 100%
They change a tire before I pick up a car and different size (175 and 195) it is not make sense how to drive. They told me when I go there new tire, change oil and fluid already! " never change anything!" Thank you for bad impression

The Miseries Continue
Now that I wanted to sell/trade the car, and in order to do that I had to have the car registered. At the DMV we were told that the title does not have the purchase and sale dates on it and gave a few forms to be signed by Mancuso Motorsports which were emailed to Mancuso. They have refused to provide us with any documents because I posted the earlier review. Now car cant be driven, sold or traded because of Mancuo?s mean behavior.

Bad Experience
I had bought the car to be shipped to Pakistan, and had asked Dan Zelanksi who I was dealing with, if there were any issues with the title as I needed the car shipped almost immediately when I make the payment. Dan said there were no issues with the title. However, once I made the payment I was told that the title is with the bank and he took almost a month to get me title, by which time it was too late and the car could not be shipped in time to clear Pakistan's import regulations. This deal has already cost me about 6,000 dollars for freight, port charges, etc., and now I have to go through the process of selling the car. Also, Dan does not bother to reply to emails any more. Terrible experience.
