This company took a $1,000 deposit from us to hold a vehicle that we were thinking about buying. This refundable deposit was taken over the phone because we live in Maryland. After reviewing the final offer we decided not to take the vehicle and asked for our deposit back. That is when we found out just how unscrupulous these people really are. I called the salesman Ira Lustbader over and over asking for our refund and kept getting excuse after excuse about why they could not return our money; the credit card companies take weeks to return the money, their accountant is out and won't be back for weeks and on and on. I spoke with their accountant just 2 weeks ago 7/15/20 and she told me that she could not process any refunds until she receives a submission form from the sales department and the sales manager. That meant they did not even process our credit card refund as they have been telling us. Sorry to say but we know now that these people are just plain crooks. We have filed complaints with the NJ State Attorney General office, Division of Consumer Affairs, the South Amboy Chamber of Commerce, the Middlesex County Division of Consumer Affairs and New Jersey Consumer Protection Offices. This company and these people should not be allow to get away with theft in the state of New Jersey!

They were so bad lied about whole deal tried to let me leave lot with bad tires they lost sale o er tires they were being sneaky about who owns the place making calls from desk to desk very bad buyers beware they paint over frames to hide rot who does that
