We were assisted by Roberto Sosa.
We were assisted by Roberto Sosa. He started off very nice and super helpful but then he got upset and started getting loud and rude with us. He had promised us a price on a vehicle and when it came to signing paperwork, he increased the price $2,000. He said he couldn’t give us the price he originally gave us because he wasn’t supposed to do that. He was very unprofessional and did not notify us the car did not have a spare key nor floor mats. All of those issues came up AFTER we had purchased the car. He also forgot to mention that there is a recall on the vehicle. He is absolutely rude and extremely unprofessional. I do not know how he still has a job there when he treats people the way he does. I am extremely disappointed with the service and will not recommend the dealership to anyone.
