Not knowledgeable

Jeep I test drove needed struts replaced, I told them this and they said they drove the car and that the struts were just fine. I ended up having to replace the struts because they were very worn out. Other than that the car is great.

Transmission Rescue

AutoForza sold me a 2002 Volkswagon Jetta for $3k in September. I didn't buy a warranty, but when the transmission went 2 months later and it needed $4300 in repairs, Alex Moretto used his resources and took care of the whole thing for only $1300. The guys at AutoForza are reliable and trustworthy. A great place to get a used car! Five stars.

Total hack job company

These guys are absolutely hack job stay away stay away stay away daddy. They sold me a Toyota Tacoma ended up having a blown head gasket. Cost me almost 5000 to fix and they won’t stand behind anything. It is my life‘s mission to make sure that people do not go through what I did. When you pay 12,000 for a vehicle on a single income family you expect it to be in good working order. This is noT the case with these guys...They buy junk auction vehicles

Poor quality cars and sales model

Overall: cheap auto sales with questionable quality of cars. Nice staff. Questionable level of integrity of their sales model. Pros: small place, nice staff, mom and pop store feel. Cons: the van we bought had several issues that had to be fixed before we finalized our sale. We had to discover all these issues on our own and luckily did before we finalized the sale. The rear suspension had to be replaced which I only found out about by test driving the car and noticing a certain popping noise that I asked them to look into. Then we discovered the headlights weren't wired correctly because I tested electrical system. We also found that the wiper blade was missing in the back. We also couldn't find any record on the Carfax of a collision or accident or recent oil change. They promised to do us an oil change, which we assumed happened but were never a given any paperwork to confirm. All their mechanic work was done by an "in-house" mechanic and he wasn't even working regular hours so we had to wait on him before the car was ready. Additionally the day after we bought the car and finalized the sale the battery died. The dealership promised to replace it for us and sent us to their "partner" service shop cross Salt Lake Valley to have it replaced. It was a hard to find hole in the wall style service shop. The battery they gave us we assumed was new yet it died no more than 9 months later. Within the first few months we bought the car we also had to have the engine mounts replaced because they were crap. This wasn't covered under the warranty which we purchased. After having the car and using it for a while we started noticing some small dings and internal frame issues with the rear and trunk that indicated a collision at some point in the past before we bought it. It wasn't listed in the Carfax report nor shown or disclosed to us by the staff. We simply would have appreciated more honesty from the sales staff about the car its conditions and the service it needed. They should have known all of this about the car before putting on a lot for sale. We learned our lesson the hard way about buying from small sketchy dealerships like this. What drew us in was the value of the car and the price was hard to beat. We were so eager to get a van for a family that we overlooked these things that were important. Next time we'll stick with the regular dealership. Also we will do better job at having cars checked and doing our homework. So learn from our lesson and be sure to do your homework if you plan on buying a car from this dealership. Check EVERYTHING and have an outside mechanic you trust check the car over, not their "guy." Bottom line we would never recommend this dealership to anybody unless you're looking for just a simple cheap ride that you don't care too much about and are willing to put some money into knowing it will likely have some unknown issues.

Check engine light on after 5 hours

I purchased a vehicle here and after 5 hours the check engine light came on. I took the car back in and they changed a sensor. Took the car home and the check engine light came back on. It was another sensor. Took it back to dealership and he has his mechanic change some fuses and clear the codes. Check engine light came back on. I took it back and the owner didnt want to do anything else with the car so I told him we would take to vehicle to be diagnosed at the original dealership, but we had to pay half of the $120 diagnosis fee. Had it diagnosed and it was another sensor. The owner refused to pay for it and only agreed to pay for labor. We replaced the sensor, the engine light is still on and he will not fix it...this is all within 2 weeks of having the car. I do not recommend this dealership at all, they will not fix their faulty vehicles or take responsability when they sell you a messed up car.

Very pleasant car buying experience

Was shopping for a car for my college graduate daughter, and was so happy to have stumbled into AutoForza! Alexandre, Ron, and Fabio were very professional and courteous, a pleasure to do business with. Strongly recommend this business if you are looking for a quality pre-owned car. They did everything we asked for, and more. Had the car fully tuned up at the dealership before my daughter picked it up. Thank you!
