This place is the one to avoid !!! We bought a Vehicle there after playing games with price then raising the price. Only to lower it claiming all taxes were paid for my out-of-state purchase they were not paid so I occurred extra money I was lied to you I was deceived and if you wanna get ripped off this is the place for you ! Oh and it took six weeks to receive the title from them after several mistakes made by Palm auto brokers

We bought a car there in February it has been in the shop six times they blacked out my engine light I have filed lawsuits against them they are horrific awful please Nick is the biggest xxxxxxxxxx ever I could go on but they took a 16 year old girls $7,000 and put her in a xxxxy xxxxy car shame on you

Just awful!! They really try to push a junk car that you dont want on you! Take warning dont ever buy any car from here ever. They only have very high milage cars at sky high price. They dr them up to sell them. Old wore out cars and trucks they get at auctions at very little price. They pay $500.00 at auction and then sell it any where from $10,000.00 to $20,000.00 the sign on there building shows $499.00 down. xxxxxxxxx it no less than $3,000.00 to $6,000.00 down no car there is only $499.00 down. Lies.

From start to finish my experience was a nightmare. Unprofessionalism and lack of customer service are their strong suits. Typical car sales people who do not take care of the customer but only their pocket.

I went to palm auto brokers n brought a kia Sedona it ran hot the next day the owner Ray hung up in my face after they get your money they treat u like trash n they know they sell lemons 2021 stay away from both lots

I really appreciated how the staff took the time to find me the best deal. Made sure I was informed about everything involved in the process. They worked with me to accommodate my needs and financial situation. I love my car. Had it for a month so far and still no issues. Great staff! Great selection of cars!

If you are looking for a used car you will be very satisfied with Palm Auto Brokers in Largo Florida, I bought a cat there had a small problem with it called the dealer and asked if they were going to stand behind it. this is my 3rd car from this auto dealer, they are great to deal with very informative about buying process, extra cost for tax, tags and title transfer. honest and true to their word. friendly and just plain helpful. have had no problems with vehicles I purchased from them.

I am now on my second car from Palm Auto and I am elated by the experience. This is the first dealership I have ever purchased a car from, so initially I was on edge about the sales process, but the salesman was able to recommend a very cost-efficient solution for my drives across the Howard Frankland to work and back, with very affordable payments and even address my initial concerns with the car with same-day repairs. The car had high-mileage so there was some understandable wear but it did help me until I had paid it off IN UNDER A YEAR to get another car from Palm Auto. Though the sales staff appears to change somewhat frequently, Kenny is the rock that keeps customer satsifaction at 100%. Very understanding and helpful with credit situations and income, they actually care about the individual driving off the lot and not just closing the sale. I will continue to use Palm Auto for my car needa in the future!

I drove over from Hillsborough County because this dealer had a car with the transmission and options I was looking for. The price was far and the car had fairly low miles, was very clean, and passed inspection with my private mechanic. There was no high pressure sales and everyone was nice.
