Purchase car 6/08/22 not had 10 months blown engine the warranty they sold me refuse to repair it and Car Lot does do business with them anymore so if you have a Integrity Warranty you purchase not worth paper it print on. Did call Roman at Car Lot who sold me warranty and been there in person talk to him try see if they would do right thing big NO to that. Promise hubcaps and sun visors by sale manager that didn't happen either

Jason McCoy was our salesperson as we purchased our new-to-us car. He was very helpful throughout the process, even though our transaction lasted way beyond the business's closing time. He even bought us a replacement owner's manual, since none came with the car. He also kept in touch with us afterwards to be sure we got all the information we still needed.

Flew from California to purchase a car from the Car Lots. When I test drove the car it smelled like an ash tray. I had to end the test drive because the smell was so noxious. They never should have listed that vehicle and when I asked the salesman if he smelled the car he gave me a disappointed look as if he knew exactly what I was talking about. Complete waste my time and money flying to Arizona. I expected to see some minor imperfections but not the smell of a casino hotel smoking room. On top of that they did not budge one cent on their asking price although I would not have purchased the car. I asked if they could at least give me a ride back to the airport 15 min away they said no. I took a risk with the Car Lots and lost. I ignored the other negative reviews and learned the hard way. Don't make the same mistake I did. Read and believe the reviews.

Marco and Hammed took great care of me. I appreciate them both, as it has been a while since I purchased a vehicle. They hooked me up with a free oil change, and helped make a few tweaks about the car that concerned me.

I paid cash for Ford f150.
I paid cash for Ford f150.got it home it started having problems.that was in November its now going on January and they still won't fix it.they are horrible to deal with.they are blaming me saying user error.i didn't even get to use it before it broke down.ive had to pay more out of pocket expenses to deal with it.dont buy a car from them

The name should be "The LEMON lot" I wish I had read the reviews before buying from there. The sold me a car and I had it back a week later with a faulty transmission. (One that had been REPLACED only 1000 mi prior, according to CARFAX). Now, even though there was a 15 day dealer warranty, they want ME to utilize the extended warranty I purchased with the car! The mechanic shop they use is slow as well, they have taken over 10 days to 'evaluate' the car and the work STILL isn't done! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!
WARNING SCAM ARTISTS
Yeah So I made the mistake of going to this dealer to buy my wife a new truck. She is a paraplegic and needs truck for her equip. They sold me a 15 f150. First day i drive it it starts a xxxx of a noise. I called to tell them about it. But the noise stopped. Then several days later it does it again. I go and take one of thier guys for a ride but no noise when he got in. Then a day or so later. Soneone noticed noise at a store. Says something major is wrong and asked me to put into 4wd. Do as soon as i do it shreds the transfer case and i had to push it home in neutral. Now they say they wont cover it. Barely a week after purchase with not even 25 miles i put on it. The original salesman wont even talk to me he just refers me to the service manager. These guys can kiss my xxxxin xxx! Im contacting a lawyer.
Wonderful Experience!
We were looking for a pre-owned vehicle and after some research, determined what we were interested in test driving. We went to "The Car Lot" on a Sunday morning and though the business was closed, we walked through the lot looking for the vehicles we had viewed online. The following Monday, we visited the car lot and were met by Mustafa (sales) who assisted us. After discussing what features we felt were priorities and the vehicles we had selected, Mustafa systematically brought each vehicle up for a close-up inspection/test drive. We ended up getting a vehicle that had NOT been on our list but as it turned out, was the BEST fit for us. Hammed worked within our budget and sent us out of the dealership spending only the amount we were comfortable. We are very happy with our purchase. We have purchased many, many vehicles over the decades and this experience was by far ONE OF THE BEST! Nice people, honest, accommodating and ethical. Win-win for us! Thank you Hammed and Mustafa.
