We received a lemon of a car from them at their Boone location. I understand you take chances with a used car but they said some things that were not true about the car. It was very hard to get a straight answer from sales person.

I was very shocked to see the amount of used Subaru's in one place! I had so many to choose from and the friendly employee's really went out of their way to help me find the right car for me. I will definitely be recommending my friends and family.

I purchased an automobile about a year ago. I was told I would get about 30 miles per gallon but only got around 18. Repeatedly called about this and was told I should just sell the car or trade it.

I purchased a car two years ago. At that time I was told "we have a warehouse full of new and used parts." This proved not to be true and I was sent elsewhere to find parts. Really though my biggest issue is I found out the car had been in a wreck and recently repaired. Some of the electronics were not working properly and when I went in for repairs the shop owner showed me the damage which was quite substantial with sub par work having been done. When confronted with this issue I was told it has a clean Carfax. The buying process is easy enough but honesty is lacking.

I bought my first Subaru here and I love it. I bought a 2011 Outback from Rollins and was referred from a friend to go their because of the prices and reputation of many returning buyers. I highly recommend this place.
