Very helpful dealership and hardworking

Great people from sales through service. Carmen helped put me in a car when it seemed impossible. Thanks so much. I was out of time and all alone in the city.👍Made new friends

Buyer beware. Tried to make process to quick

Don't get caught up in these great reviews. I drove an hour to look at a car based on the pics and reviews. Car didn't look as good as in the pics and I feel like they were trying to jip me on my trade in. The people are very nice but they are trying to make a sale so of course they'll be nice. However, it gave me some experience in my car researching and buying. I know more now than what I did before. I also learned not to say too much over the phone. They valued my trade at only $800 without even looking at it or knowing much about it. It's an 09 Altima and with how cars have gone up I know I can get a bit more. Just beware of these ppl and do diligent research. Buying a car in a huge commitment and shouldn't be taken lightly

Pissed off customer

Me and my husband have bought several vehicles from sunbelt in the last several years. Just purchased a 2015 suburban they promised to have it cleaned the next day and ready for pick up. Went by in the morning and it still in the same place so we left. And came back around 4pm and it was still sitting in the same spot so I just told them to credit me for a later clean as it was a Friday night. Dropped the suburban back off on Sunday afternoon for them to do the shocks and head light. They didn’t get it done and had it till Wednesday/Thursday said it was ready to be picked up. As their words were it’s ready we didn’t inspect the burb we just got in and left. We get down the road as I’m In front of my husband I notice the light still isn’t working. So I let sunbelt know and it took about 2 weeks for them to get me back in for it to be looked at. And I’m the short amount of time I got to have the vehicle I notice it’s driving weird like pulling hard when I first give it gas. I let sunbelt know and they checked it out when they finally fixed the light. They tell me that my suburban took a xxxx on me what excellent customer service. I was told they wouldn’t help me and I hadn’t even made the first payment on this thing. Sunbelt quoted me a price around 4,200 and that’s not including labor to put it in. I’m so disappointed this is the only way for me and my family of 7 to be able to ride and we were going on vacation in may and now have to lose out on going somewhere with my family to get a new transmission.

Crappy

This has been the worst experience of my life. I am on my 10th return to get my left front end bumper to fixed. It has been held together with zip ties. The wrong part was ordered. I am tired.

Awesome dealer ship and service department

AWESOME staff ! They make buy easy! There service department is always eager to help. Very trust worthy dealership. Always been very open to us.

Sunbelt=down right crooked business men

This business is full of a bunch of lying down right dirty business people. Not a single one of them have a clue of how to properly do business or do a trade. I show up to the dealership when I get off of work at 5:30... I have the vehicle in mind that I want to look at and they have it ready for me sitting up front. The owner of the business and the sales guy take the keys to my vehicle and go start it and walk around it....THATS IT. The sales guy ask me two questions about the vehicle 1.you do a lot of burnouts don’t you? In which I responded yes it was obvious due to tire tread! 2. How does the programmer work/ has anything else aftermarket been done to it? I then told him about the various things I had done/replaced in the time I had it and said nothing further. That was all they asked about my trade in, they didn’t let it run for any length of time or test drive it or even have a tech look at it! What kind of dealership cares that little?? They proceed to tell me they would trade but I would have to replace the seat that is in the vehicle I want, I was cool with that because I knew my trade in needed some work. Not sure who decided the seat needed to be replaced... took me 5 minutes to get it fixed! 10 days go by and my trade was paid off at the last minute because they were trying their best to go back on the deal.... which was total b.s. NOT MY FAULT you have a lousy dealership and no common sense to ask more questions, drive a vehicle, or keep your tech there to look at a vehicle! Instead you look for the fastest route to make a deal and then whine like a child cause the trade in needed work. This place does not function as a well operated or owned business. I will say it’s sad that the sales guy has supposedly been let go when it was just as much the owners decision as his! I don’t recommend this place to do business with nor would I recommend it for any kind of service for that matter. Here is the funny part of it all, the owner didn’t even have the fortitude to look me in the eyes when I went to pick up the tag for my vehicle. They’re a dirty crooked business with even dirtier employees and ethics. Not hard to man up and own up to your own mistake. You’re better off staying clear of this place for sure!

Liars and Scam Artists

My wife and I went in to try to get out of some negative equity They lied and lied and lied to try to convince us that they were cutting our negative equity in half. They tried to sell us a two cars that would triple out negative equity. At the last minute we put two and two together and walked away. Very disappointed! Bad people. Don’t care one bit about their customers. ONLY the $$$. Don’t just walk away from these people RUN!

Over Promised and Under Delivered

Purchased a truck in April and we were told, in writing, that they would repair small damage to rear quarter panel. 90 days later not repaired. BUYERS BEWARE!

Mr. &'Mrs. Ferguson

Ty Gaither & Max Coltrane were excellent financial manager and sales man. It was worth the hour ride. I suggest anyone looking for a ride to come.

UNHAPPY CAMPER

Bought a used honda from them...Got home and looked at my paperwork and i had been charged for a ext warranty and something called gap..Please look at your paperwork before you leave..I will never go there agin...
