They had a great selection, prices were very reasonable and appropriate, I got a great deal on my trade-in, and there was absolutely no pressure or haggling needed. We have now purchased three vehicles from this local dealership. They are not your stereotypical used car dealership. They are not pushy, but are willing to answer any questions. The personnel are always friendly and personable. They make the buying process easy and satisfying for all parties. I will continue to recommend McGill's Car World to anyone in the area.

Bought a 2012 Ford finished paperwork and down payment. Then they tell us the car needs fixed. Three days after financing it we still don't get it. They call today and tell us they don't know when it will be done. They said maybe Monday but not 100% sure. We been having to pay to use someone's car. Bought it Tuesday this is Thursday and they still aren't sure it will be fixed.

Best used car buying experience ever. Tom Cavil is an excellent customer service rep and communicated long-distance regularly and with precision on the disposition of the vehicle and its condition. After a 3 1/2 hour drive, he allowed me all the time I needed to test and inspect the vehicle, then agreed quickly on a very fair price below asking. Vehicle needed a minor repair, and even his advice there was spot-on and I was able to repair, for $1.99, what a dealer would charge over $100! Processing the paperwork was quick and simple, and I was out of there in less than one hour. Cannot recommend highly enough.
