Weber Auto Group was amazing!

Weber Auto Group was amazing! We loved our experience purchasing our 2018 Elantra. We worked with John and Rex and they both were strait forward and answered all of our questions and concerns. We got a great deal on our financing as well and they did everything for us in about two hours, so it was fast and easy. We love our car and have had no issues for the last year we've owned it. I also would refer their service department in Silvis, they are fast with oil changes and have a beautiful waiting room. We got the Weber warranty, so we don't have to worry about our future maintenance, however we haven't used it yet because Weber already did all maintenance needed before we bought our car, but it's nice to have the ease of mind for the future in case we ever need anything down the road. Thank you, Weber Auto Group! See you next oil change. John and Susan Humbolt

I have been passing the Weber store for many years and

I have been passing the Weber store for many years and have seen it grow from a small lot with one garage for repairs to the big beautiful facility it is now. On top of having a great selection of cars for sale, they now have everything you need to service or repair a vehicle including a body shop. I have met the Weber family and they are great people just like their team of employees. I will buy there again when I need another car and definitely take my other vehicles there any time I need an oil change or a repair.

I hate buying used cars, as you just don’t know what you

I hate buying used cars, as you just don’t know what you are getting/how well the car was cared for. However, when buying for a first time driver, it just makes sense. With my fear, I read reviews before looking on the lot/site. This place had great reviews, so I was super excited to find 3 potential cars here. However, I sent a text AND an email…nothing. So, I called and spoke to someone and inquired about the 3 cars. Apparently, one was possibly sold, he was going to let me know the next day by 4, the status of it. Another, needed a part and they needed to get it in the shop. Long story short, after 3 attempts to reach them, and being told they would call me back around 4 the next day, and it’s been almost a week and NOTHING! I’m super annoyed and apparently they don’t want my money!

Very pleased with their service department.

Very pleased with their service department. Staff was so friendly! Had my oil changed today. Was very impressed. I would highly recommend them. They don't tell you that you need things done when you don't.

Great service! Highly recommended

Excellent service, fast and convenient. I got the car I wanted at a great price and zero hassle. Robbie was courteous and speedy, and left within 2 hours.

Weber is the Way to buy new Wheels!

Clearly a step above other small lots that sell used vehicles. Weber has a beautiful facility and top-notch cars. The pricing is right on the cars and is in line with what I see out there in the market. The sales team is extremely friendly and helpful. The sales process is quick and stress free. I would buy from Weber again!

Best car purchase so far.

Got great service from Robbie Bahr. He was able to answer all of my questions and didn't mind that I had a lot of them. Got a very fair deal and there were no hidden fees anywhere. Deal was done quickly and efficiently.

Buyer beware

I bought a 2016 Chevy Colorado from Weber. It had electrical problems, transmission problems and engine problems. The warranty is crap don’t fall for that they don’t like to pay out their cars are couple thousand dollars more expensive than any place else I would definitely suggest before you buy take it to a reputable mechanic and have them look it over, my vehicle come out to be over $5000 worth of damage. I had to replace a torque converter the engine squirter‘s eventually it was having problems with the oil pump. It spent a good four months in the shop and then as soon as I got it out, the lady Thibaut me on the Avenue Has to be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever encountered

Salesman was not interested in negotiating a price with

Salesman was not interested in negotiating a price with me. Wouldn’t budge on published price and yet a few days later the price of the vehicle was lowered. He was not interested in selling me anything.
