unprofessional, creepy

I came in looking to buy a car, and as soon as i brought something up that was not listed on the report they treated me like I was an ignorant little girl. As someone who has worked in the car service industry I found that pathetic, sexist and down right rude and disrespectful. When I tried to explain myself (i shouldn't have to) i was told to lighten up and that life is to ( spelled wrong) short. I was ready to buy the car outright from them, so their loss... I am happy to have not given my money to people who cant even be professional.

Waiting for repairs

Stopped there to buy a car for my children to drive to school. The buying experience was very pleasant. But less than two months after buying the car (and warranty) the car stopped on Avenue of the Cities while the children were driving. Had it towed to the dealership for repairs. Made certain they knew why the car was back. After a week I had not heard from them. When I called they said they didn't know when they would get to it. I then had it towed to another garage who said the warranty was too difficult for them to maneuver. They didn't work on it but suggested I take it back to Weber. Took it back and waited 2 weeks before calling to check on it. They had not started work on the car. I was told because I had taken the car from their lot to someone else to determine the problem, I would now have another 3 week wait. They have now had the car for a month. And still nothing. Waiting to learn the status of the car has been frustrating. I question the validity of the warranty and the value they place on customers after the sale.

Great team great experience

I can't imagine finding a better dealership! I work with Robbie in sales and finance as well as with Stew in the body department. Both of them are amazing, my car runs great and never looked better!!! Robbie was upfront, helpful, extremely knowledgeable and a joy to work with. He not only sat and talked with me but involved my kids and was able to make the experience great for all of us. I will definitely be going back!

Senior

Taking over 10 days just to get a vehicle they sold 7 months ago that has been nothing but trouble repaired. Still not gotten promised full size spare tire or repair on dash storage area damaged at sale. Has taken more than one week to schedule insurance covered repair that they sold to cover problems that "might happen" with the vehicle. Hope call to management will get things moving better rather than leaving me at home without food or meds since I have no family. Does not seem to be family they claim to me.

Robbie was a great salesman, he went above an beyond to make sure I got the car that I really wanted and that it was in my budget..

GREAT PEOPLE

Bob and everyone at Weber was very nice and very helpful in finding us a car for our daugher that was turning 16. I would definatly recomend that anyone looking for a dependable used car stop in and see what they have to offer.

Awesome Dealership!

Low pressure, laid back atmosphere, with a huge selection of great fairly priced vehicles. Don't like purchasing vehicles, but this was easy and fun. Bought the vehicle and then made a 400 mile road trip on less than a tank of gas.

Robbie is awesome!

Second time getting a car here and i couldn't be any more happier! Great car for a GREAT price! I RECOMMEND him highly to anyone!

Great customer service

I had never dealt with Weber before, until yesterday. I came across a Jeep Wrangler that I liked on Craigslist and went and checked it out. Instantly new Robbie would take care of me and get me the best deal. He tried getting me a better interest rate from the banks around the area but unfortunately couldn’t beat the rate I was getting with my usual bank. It was the thought that counted though, he was going the extra mile to take care of me by providing superior customer service. It was about 2 hour after I saw the Jeep on Craigslist and I was driving off the lot with it. Highly recommend giving them (Robbie especially) a chance to get you a great fair deal.

Superior Customer Serivce Provided
