I just bought a car from them Saturday and within a day my brakes went out and both of my rear calipers, brakes, brake lines, and the whole underside were rusted. All my lug nuts were loose and it's baffling that they were ethically okay with selling me this car. I understand all used cars has their problems but this was a safety issue. I reach out to them and I sent them photos of all the rust and they refused to help me. They told me they could possibly take me to a local mechanic and cover it but they never ever gave me a mechanic name or where to go. Not only that there was no way I can drive with rusted brakes to go to the mechanic. I found a mobile mechanic that could come to my place and the car has already cost me about $700 to fix and I asked them to help me cover just for just the brake lines and they have been avoiding me. Which is only about $375. I offered to let the mechanic talk to them so they know that I'm not lying and also I was ready to give them an itemized invoice if needed. I called them with my mobile number and they didn't pick up so I use a Google voice number and they picked up on the first ring. They told me that everyone was busy in that they cannot talk to me as of right now. I'm just a lady who know nothing about cars and I got taken advantage of. I do honest work as a nurse and I just want a vehicle that can safely get me to see my patient. I feel like I'm not asking for too much and I know that I'm not getting anything out of posting this but I hope that if any young ladies or anyone who don't know much about cars go here please hire mechanics to come with you and take a look at the car before purchasing it. I think I'm naive to think that there's anyone out there who's okay with putting someone's life at risk when they have their own family. Mike the owner talks about coming to America living the American dream and as an immigrant also I thought this is a hard-working man with integrity. I hope that my mistake can help someone not make theirs.

Great experience with them. We purchased a car, took possession and began to drive home when we noticed a problem. Took it right back to them, they diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem, all at no charge. Car looks and runs great! They are stand up folks!
Great Family Business
I am in my 60's and had always either purchased or leased new vehicles since the business paid for them. As I was on the road quite a bit and used car dealerships were always part of the landscape, I often wondered things like how do they stay in business, why would anyone buy from them, are they reliable, can they be trusted?....etc. Well, about a month ago, I was considering purchasing a vehicle (I am retired now) and as I was driving, I took notice of Union Motors because of their inventory of high end vehicles....Lexus, BMW,....etc. So I did a quick U-turn and decided to give them a try. I was acknowledged (not hounded) as I walked through the lot and proceeded to test drive a BMW X5SUV, and a Lexus RX 450H which my wife absolutely fell in love with. I sat with Dan (GM) and found out that all of their vehicles come with a Car Fax report, are fully inspected and test driven by their in-house Certified Master Mechanic (whom I met), and are backed by a 90 day warranty. Having worked out the numbers with Dan, I asked if I could meet the owner (Mike) before I made the purchase. Although he was out of the dealership on a personal errand, he was reached by phone and relayed that he would be back within 15 minutes and asked if I would be so kind as to wait...to which we said yes. We met Mike and although our minds were already made up in purchasing the Lexus, it was great to meet the owner (surprisingly young). After it was all said and done, I promised him that I would write a review. Now I understand....their success relies on the quality of their inventory, their attention to detail , and last but not least, on the relationships they build. There is nothing, and I mean absolutely nothing better than buying from a family owned business where you are not just another number! Thank you Mike and Kudos to the rest of your team.

I just purchased a BMW X3 from Union Motors and I couldn’t be happier. I looked a long time and they had the car I wanted. Mike was great. No nonsense, straight forward deal. A couple things needed to be done so I left the car with them after purchase. They delivered the car to my home with everything done as we agreed. Love the car and will absolutely work with Mike and Lana again. Great experience!
