Horrible customer service and very rude.

Horrible phone etiquette! Extremely unfriendly. Not someone you want to put your trust in. There are lots of other dealerships that appreciate your business, not this one.

DON’T BUY FROM THIS DEALEr

Zero stars. He sold us a lemon then told us it was Kia’s problem and hung up on us. We are fortunate that the crap car we were sold is covered under Kia’s warranty but others haven’t been so lucky. He is a liar and a thief. We traded our perfectly good Serento for what we thought would be a good hybrid economical car. 2 transmissions later and it’s still in the shop. It was faulty the first night we owned it so we contacted the dealer, Jim the next morning only to be written off. How he can still be in business is beyond me, because we are not his only victims.

GREAT EXPERIENCE

I was looking for a low mileage Explorer with factory warranty left. Jim was very helpful and didn't waste any of my time. We were in and done so quickly I will recommend any one looking for a quality vehicle to call Jim. I am very please with my purchase and will use Jim in the future.

Jim, the dealer, is a dishonest person.

Jim is a liar and we were unfortunate enough to trust him as a good person. We were looking for a car to get because I was recently in a hit and run on my motorcycle, and we found this place. We scheduled a meeting with him and looked at the Kia Optima we wanted. Looked great and we checked the car facts he provided, all was good. Jim, the absolute liar that he is, failed to tell us that the engine was replaced with another engine...And that the thermostat was broken and repaired with glue. The warranty he spoke so highly of didn't cover any of the repairs I needed one month after buying it from him. $567 in repairs, and the only thing Jim has to say "we get the car facts from place we buy it from in California. I'm not responsible for anything else". I called him out about the "maintenance checks" he told us that were done....And he lied and said "I never said they were checked". Despicable person, and a very good liar! The negative reviews I read match up exactly with the person I was dealing with. Please, please, please do not buy a car from him. There are better options than a lying dealer at Southwest Remarking

could have been better

I sent a request for the availability of a vehicle. I received a reponse that it was available from an iPhone. No sales person's name, no return contact phone number... I didnt respond so then I got another email 10pm saying this car is available are you interested? Still no contact info. We were buying cash but seemed like it wasn't going to be a good experience. I get not hounding customers but i expected at the bare minimum contact info

This dealership was great!! They had the exact car I was looking for, 2016 Ford Fusion with all upgrades!! Got it for such a great deal and have been driving my car for months and have had absolute no problems!! Highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle from Jim!!! He is great!!!

I am so so happy my friend recommended me to this place!!! Jim was SO helpful!!!!! I found the perfect car I wanted listed on their website and went to check it out..... I had such a great experience here and was able to purchase my dream car with SUCH A GOOD DEAL! I still can't believe how generous he was in helping me and what a good deal I got! I been driving my car around for almost a year now and I'm so happy with my purchase! Highly recommend this place over any other dealership....

We went there looking for a Honda Civic for my daughter . Jim had exactly what we're looking for at a very reasonable price . The no pressure buying experience over other car dealers was what we really appreciated. She got a great car for a great price and we will be back again !

Tried to sell a car with accident history

This is the worst dealer I have seen.I took my friend to buy a car and the dealer- Jim shared us a Carfax with no issues/damages found.We really believed him and made up our mind to buy it.But one of our other friend suggested us to check Carfax and Auto check for double check ,as many of our other friends already have bought car from him we don't want to cross check again.But as our friend insisted us we did do run Carfax and Auto check report.We were shocked to see it,the car had a structural damage and a case was already registered for it 2 years back but in the report Jim showed us there were no such thing.When we called and enquired him he said in his Crafax he didn't find it and he was not aware of it and he hung the call before even replying our next question.This was such a bad experience here in Phoenix.Previously I have recommended many of my friends to buy car from him and some have bought too.I really feel sorry for them and feel guilty for my suggestion

I have not tried to sell you a vehicle that has been in a accident as you are saying you guys did not buy it. I got the carfax with the car where we purchased it from. I have no control over what and when carfax reports things on there report

Nissan almita incorrect carfax

They are providing wrong car fax.. it looks that car fax edited before show it to me.. Very worst response from Jim the dealer. Please check the carfax outside, if you like to buy the car

Carfax has made a mistake and didn't reported on the carfax we have it came with the car we didn't run a carfax on it. We have no control over carfax and when they post things on there report.
