Thus is the review i am leaving on google. But to simplify here. Mr. Adler and Fabian provided amazing customer service to me and my girlfriend. We felt welcomed at the dealership and respected. Even the welcome desk was nice to us. I am originally from Harlingen Texas but I live in San Antonio. I was down here to visit family and my girlfriend but I was also interested in buying a new vehicle. One of the biggest reasons I chose Tipton is because I felt treated with respect during the tour of the vehicle and during the sales process. I did not spend too long at the dealership making my purchase either so that is another bonus. Mr. Fabian and Mr. Adler, I appreciate both of them for making this an excellent experience for me. I can't say enough how much i love my new vehicle. Anyways. This is my google review: Howdy! I sealed the deal with Mr. Adler last week and purchased a new 2024 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid Limited! I am very grateful for Mr. Adler as he made the process so efficient and stress free. This is my first vehicle I have purchased and it was an unforgettable experience. I'd like to also thank Mr. Fabian as well for accompanying us on our test drive. These two are very well mannered and provide great customer service. If your looking for a great Hyundai experience go visit the Tipton family! My girlfriend also wanted to point out the incredible customer service and kindness they have shown us. To make us feel welcomed
