LEMON CARS

SCAMMERS!!!!! Paid $9,000 CASH for a wheelchair van drove it twice and it doesn’t RUN!!!! We havent even driven it 30 miles and it already won’t cut on. The check engine light came on after my second time driving. The doors DO NOT OPEN AND CLOSE LIKE THEY SHOULD. THE RADIO DOES NOT WORK. Tried to sell us the van with no wheelchair latches. THE TIRE DEFLATED ON DAY TWO. Ran a diagnostic and all types of issues wrong with it. When i pointed out the defective door, DAVE said that we could bring the van back that Monday for the mechanic to fix it. The ARROGANT OWNER SAID xxxx NO, HE SAID HE DOESNT CARE IF WE JUST BOUGHT IT AND IT DOESNT RUN, THAT HIS MECHANIC WASNT FIXING xxxx. He said “ DAVE is just a salesman and doesn’t know xxxx!” As we were trying to explain what was wrong with the car the owner attempted to cut me off multiple times. He grew frustrated when i wouldn’t allow him to overtake me and started yelling so of course it started an argument. He threatened us with a #gun! Will def be filing a claim with my bank to get my money back. Save yourselves the trouble and DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM IMPORTS AUTO GROUP LLC. THEY’RE SHARKS AND DO #BAD #BUSINESS!!!!

BEST Place to Buy Diesel Trucks

I bought a 2005 Dodge 3500 Cummins from this dealer. I flew in from Washington State. This truck was as described, and there was no pressure to buy it. I would definitely recommend IMPORTS AUTO GROUP! Thank you!

I CANNOT RECOMMEND IN GOOD CONSCIENCE.

Horrible Buying Experience. First of all, Import Auto Group may have been the most unprofessional company I have ever delt with. They sold me a car thats key was snapped in half I drove 60 minutes 3 times when I only needed to drive that far once. There communication was horrible. After finally picking up the car It was completely out of gasoline and it was raining I had to stop and buy new windshield wipers before I even got on the highway to go home. Also they disconnected the battery so as soon as I was on my way home the check engine light went on costing me $500 just to pass the E-check. Then, I said that they would order me a new key. A few days later I had to order the key and they still to this day have yet to this day reimburse me for that key ($180). PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY BY DOING BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!

Used Car

The car I purchased wouldn't shift into gear properly on my way home from purchase. I purchased a warranty and contacted dealer. I was told the warranty wasn't valid due to the cars age however I paid for it. The dealer told me to keep him updated which I have but I am still having problems getting the repairs made. The car is currently in the garage and I getting the run around from the dealer. When called he is very rude and even hung up the phone three times. He was very unprofessional. I am still uncertain how the situation will work out.

All around Quality

As a woman going into a used car place alone I felt respected and treated fairly. It's been a couple months since I purchased the 2005 diesel Golf and it's been a great car. The price was great too. Thanks guys
