I purchased a used car at your dealer on June 19,2018.i also had a trade in vehicle.its been 103 days and they still haven’t paid off my loan.they... want me to pay the difference for the payoff because they waited so long that the payoff has changed.my Florida law they have 10 days to pay off the loan.They(LaBelle Ford) told my bank to go after me for the difference,they sent a check in Aug but it was sent back because it was short the difference.i am not paying the difference because of their negligence.You guys need to go do business somewhere else

Took them 6 hours to finally tell me the out the door price of vehicle. Sale price 3k out the door price $6,500. When asked why the large mark up I was... told “Dealer fees” WOW!!! 100% mark up??? I’m a father of 3 small boys and the way I see it when u steal from me ur stealing food out of my kids mouths. Go anywhere but here

I purchased my car on 3-18-18. I am still fighting with Ford to get answers about my payoff check. It is now 5-10-18, I have made 2 payments to my previous... loan, as well as 1 payment to my new loan so that I don't mess up my credit. I have been calling Natasha daily and either get no answer, no call back, sit on hold for over 30 minutes, or it just rings busy and hangs up. I am losing a lot of money by having to make 2 car payments as well as the daily interest I am paying on my old loan. I have heard that a payoff is supposed to be done within 10 days. I am on day 53 with nothing getting accomplished. I am also finding out that I am not the only one who has had this or other similar issues. If I had known all of this, I never would have purchased my vehicle from here.

We bought a F250 back in Feb 2018. It is now the end of March and we still have no registration. We have had to drive a 2 hour round trip twice for a... temp registration. If your looking for great service this isn't the place to buy!

I inquire about a truck online , the next day someone called me to set an appointment, the truck was on another lot and said they would bring it in over... the weekend .I called first this Monday morning to make sure the truck was on their lot. They put me on hold for ever so , I hung up Nobody ever called back to confirm, later that day they called to ask if I was still coming in , I explained the situation , she checked , they never brought the truck in and didn't bother to call . It's a good thing I didn't drive an hour to get there and find out they didn't have the truck. Very inconsiderate, poor customer service

If your deal with it saleswoman Denise and sales manager run very fast two very dishonest people if her lips start moving she's lying especially if she... tells you that her friend own the vehicle and promises you a very good vehicle would never ever recommend this dealership to anybody

They made my car buying experience a great one. I've never been to a dealership that treated me so well, like we were friends....instead of just another... customer. I will definitely buy my next vehicle here!!!
