Promises still not honored!
As a follow-up, Labell Ford responded to my complaint by asking that I call them (again). It turns out the phone number went to the dealership where I left a message for Jason, manager. That call was two weeks ago and still no response! Clearly my complaint is too small for them to care about. Frankly, this problem is not about the items they owe me after buying the F150, it is about the integrity of the people who work at LaBell Ford! They have demonstrated their great lack of concern, follow-up and promises don't mean a thing to them.

I dealt with Mario Hernandez, he was very polite And knowedgable and very professional, he showed me every featue and went out his way to answer any question and he followed up with me days after purchase, a true pro and delightful expirience, i recomend labelle ford to anyone looking for a new car purchase and make sure u ask for Mario, a too notch salesmen!!!
"don't waste your time here, a total joke
Dealership display one price online and on the website after working the deal up they add $10K to the price, when asked why we went from $38,999 to $47,275 they told me that $4k is added to the price because I am not using there finance banks and not trading any cars SCAM SCAM SCAM why not just be upfront with price like everyone else?? such a bad way of doing business, they wasted my time!!!

Duped by this dealership. They posted 2014 Infiniti Q50 for $9,984 but when I called the dealership they added fees total price jumped to $17,000 .

They price cars super low with a giant discount Which by the way you don’t get unless you trade in a 2012 or newer with 75000 miles I was looking at a 2012 Acura with 110,000 And a 2008 Lexus 103000 miles who in their right mind Would trade in a car with less miles It’s tricky advertising trying to get you in the door to buy cars that in reality should be sent to auction due to miles Stay away!!!!!

They Dropped The Ball Big Time
I messaged this dealership through cars.com regarding a specific one year old used car that they had advertised. When I got a return call and they asked which car. That was strange because my message referred to the specific car I was interested in. The woman told me that the car I was interested was not on their lot, but was rather on another Labelle dealership lot. She then asked if I’d be interested in any other vehicle. I said no I was calling only for the low mileage car that I made reference to in my message. She said she’d have someone from another Labelle dealership call me back. No one ever called, and I bought a NEW car from a local dealership. Sale lost.
