    I messaged this dealership through cars.com regarding a specific one year old used car that they had advertised. When I got a return call and they asked... which car. That was strange because my message referred to the specific car I was interested in. The woman told me that the car I was interested was not on their lot, but was rather on another Labelle dealership lot. She then asked if I’d be interested in any other vehicle. I said no I was calling only for the low mileage car that I made reference to in my message. She said she’d have someone from another Labelle dealership call me back. No one ever called, and I bought a NEW car from a local dealership. Sale lost.
