I know that many car dealerships are shady in some way or another, but often you find that is the case with the larger ones. This one is small. I was hoping for a more honest experience. The car I wanted to look at and was talking about for a week was sold at the last minute to someone else. So I looked at an exact model LR4. This LR4 was in very bad shape. it wasn't vacuumed, there was rust on the seat mounts, oxidation on the chrome head rests posts, and the bezels around the cluster is peeling. As I was doing my test drive, I allowed the dealership to drive mine for a possible trade. When I got back to the dealership- I wasn't expecting what was about to happen. As a mechanic of 20 years, I knew that the engine light on my '19 Mercedes wasn't life threatening. but the guys here at Midwest claimed to use a code reader to determined it was a misfire or timing chain. they then used this fake information to try and offer me 10k less than what it was worth. you can see the dishonesty in their posture. I found out it was a PCV valve that is covered by Mercedes free of charge. so not only do they not know engines, they do not know how to sell, they do not know how to clean a vehicle, nor do they know how to inspect a vehicle for damage on the inside and price accordingly. I would not recommend shopping here
