These people are useless. I bought a 2015 Jeep Wrangler. They sold me a junk car. After a week of using it, the check engine light came on. They told me that since I had an extended warranty, I should make a claim against them. I put it on 1100 miles and the engine blew up. I called the extended warranty company, and it doesn't cover it because they knew about the problem with the engine. So, this dealer is useless. Buy your car from a reliable dealer.

At first their rate was a 5, then we got the car home and found out we bought a lemon! The check engine light came on and was told there was a serious problem with it. Not to mention the site they send you to for payment for the plates will not work for the payment. Would not recommend.

I will never buy another car from here. I've only had this car 4 months now, and it isn't even running. They sold me a piece of crap car. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Just another sketchy dealership. Taking advantage of people and they definitely do NOT stand behind their products. $18k car broke down with engine problems less then 2 months after purchase and they are unwilling to offer any assistance what so ever. In fact arguing with me that it was my fault.

Discovered the hard way what a bunch of liars. Car was never serviced. Car came with a dead battery. Floor mats were mix matched mess. Car was never detailed.

Put a down payment on a vehicle, purchase order in hand. A few days later went to get the vehicle that we put $500 on and they sold it. They laughed when we called and said it happens.

On May 31, 2023, my son put down a $500 deposit on a vehicle, received a buyers order that stated the car was purchased and the vehicle was off the market with the understanding he would bring in a cashiers check on the following Monday, June 5 to pay off the remainder of the car. On May 3 he was able to get his cashiers check early to pay off the remainder of the car. He then called the dealer and spoke with Zack and found out they had sold the car that day. When I called to speak with Zack to find out why he sold the car that was off the market, he simply stated and laughed, It happens. This dealership and Zack in particular are dishonest and I would never recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. How are you can take money on a vehicle to take it off market and then still sell it out from underneath the original purchase or is beyond me.

Big mistake dealing with these dishonest folks. They will treat you like you are stupid. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING YOUR HARD MONEY AT THIS PLACE.

bought a car from here they told me they had a bank that approved the loan told me to put down $500. i bought in the money and took posession of the car, after a week they tell me to bring the car back i did and ask for my refund and the owner said he was not returning my down payment. not only that he said i damaged the vehichle to keep down payment. the owner is a crook a thief and a liar do not buy from this place.

Everything was hunky-dory until we drove the car home and experienced problems on the highway. They say that “every vehicle is serviced and inspected.” We realize that the Burgundy 2016 MKZ had severe issues and it put our safety in jeopardy. I can't even believe that after telling them what was experienced on the highway, they wanted us to drive it back. The car appeared to have a steering or front-end problem. The heated seats weren't working and the panoramic roof didn't work properly either. The next day we called to complain and they got an attitude and ask us to return the vehicle. We had intentions to do just that anyway so it was no big deal!!! I suggest anyone who's has intentions to purchase a car from this dealership, have it checked out by a reliable mechanic so that you won't wind up overpaying for a car that has a lot of issues. I will not ever consider dealing with these people again. We're happy that we returned the vehicle!🙂
