Stress-free car buying experience!

I had been in the market of buying a Nissan for over 2 weeks and was constantly getting the run around by another dealership and pressure of getting a car I did not want. My friend recommend Monroe Nissan to me where I had a smooth sailing stress free car buying experience! I was welcomed into the dealership buy the general manager whom introduced me to my salesman Rob; Rob was extremly knowledgeable on a variety of vehicles I choose to look at and I mean bumper to bumper knowledge, not only that Rob educated me on the dealership and the numerous #1 awards Monroe Nissan has won. Immediately after my application and enjoying a test drive finance put together a undeniable deal for me! I was helped with insurance, and drove off the lot in little of no time. I was given 5? V.I.P. treatment from the time I arrived until leaving. Everyone was prompt, professional, and friendly. I would highly recommend Monroe Nissan to everyone in the market of buying a car, Monroe Nissan takes pride in servicing their customers! Verify all service work done

As wonderful as the experience has been buying a new 2017 Pathfinder as a 10yr anniversary gift for my wife. The service department at Monroe Nissan has failed to deliver "Award winning" service. As mentioned, I purchased the 2017 Pathfinder as a 10yr anniversary gift for my wife, and my plan was to give her this special gift on our anniversary (April 7). So as I've been able to hide the gift, I can no longer with a good conscience continue to "LIE" to my wife regarding the service that has been done to our 2009 Quest. Part of my purchase agreement for the 2017 Pathfinder, was to have several items fixed on our 2009 Quest. As all the items were fixed, there were major failures with the quality of work. As I understand that mistakes happen, but this failure could have been catastrophe as the technician did not tighten 6 main bolts that are attached to the frame. This could have caused major damage and injury to my family and others on the road. Even though this was corrected by an outside source, I agreed to have the 2009 Quest returned to the dealership for verification and for another alignment to be done. Upon returning, the "Service Engine Soon" light came on. As I well know that this could be caused by anything, the fact that it came on after the 2009 Quest was services at the dealership is a cause of concern. The Service Manager explained that the code was related to a "Too Lean" gas issue. I was assured it was not something to worry about nor did they feel that it was caused by their workmanship. Within hours of driving it, the same day, the light came back on. Here is where I can no longer "LIE" to my wife. As a Christian and a follower of what is written in the Bible at Proverbs 6:16-19, lying is one of the things that God hates. I have to explain to my wife why I allowed Monroe Nissan to service the 2009 Quest instead of our normal service department, which means I have to explain the purchase of the 2017 Pathfinder. As I'm sure she will appreciate and be overly happy with the 2017 Pathfinder, the total experience I was planning and hoping for is ruined! All because I chose to have my 2009 Quest serviced at Monroe Nissan. I do not expect to return to Monroe Nissan for any additional service related issues on any of my vehicles. Thank you for your time.

Great and Easy Customer Service

Service was very good and they were not pushy when it came to purchasing a vehicle. I was able to give them my requirements and payment limits and they not only met said requirements, but they undercut my monthly payment by a good bit. Very professional and will be recommending to my family and friends.

Great experience!!

I was absolutely in awe when I visited this dealership. It all started with an email and as soon as I came in, I felt like I was at home. I was shopping for my first car so I was a bit nervous but it was a great experience throughout. Adrian helped me out throughout it all and it was painless nevertheless. If you are in the market for a vehicle, keep Monroe Nissan in mind, as they will help you get in a vehicle!

Awesome Customer Service

I walked onto the lot and Curran came out to help me immediately. I knew what car I wanted and he didn't play any games. He worked my deal was extremely honest with me. All the staff involved were the same way. I highly recommend asking for Curran Flowers if you want honest no hassle service! He's amazing!

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! !!

Counted 7 employees on the floor. Only 1 finance manager. Sat for 3 1/2 hrs waiting on the finance manager. There was only 1 customer in the dealership other than me. One salesman was asleep at his desk . There was alot of talking and goofing off. Absolutely ridiculous, no one cared. My wife and I have purchased 21 vehicles and 7 homes in the last 30 yrs, and I've never been treated this badly or had to wait this long. I can't imagine what it would be like if they were actually busy. BUY ELSEWHERE! !!!

Marcus knew that I didn't want to have a smoke and mirrors type of experience. I told him exactly what I was looking for and what I expected. We ended up buying a car that evening and with a payment that was lower than I expected. He made sure that we were comfortable and always communicated exactly what step we were on and what to expect. Car Damaged between Purchase and Pick Up Next Day

Bought car after inspection & test drive. Pick up next day and an area of the dash has been spray-painted. Pointed it out but no response. In excitement of moment thought perhaps I missed it. Got home, checked dealer pics of car, no paint on dash. So, something happened to car at dealership overnight, probably during prep for my pickup. Called salesman to discuss, sent an email with pics., he was to discuss w/boss. No response. Waited a day and called. Did not call me back.
