DONT JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER. I drove over 200 miles to take a look at a truck I was interested in. The photos for the truck had a bed cover and Goodyear tires. I was in contact with them prior to traveling to make sure the truck was a available and had the liner and bed cover. I specifically mentioned this truck stuck out because it has the bed liner and the bed cover and let the salesperson know that was what I was looking for. We also discussed any recalls the truck had as the AutoCheck that was attached with the listing on AutoTrader listed 4/5 recalls. The salesperson went on to say that if there are any recalls on their vehicles and they were selling them, it would have been taken care of. I did a check when I got home on Ford’s recall website it had listed 4 recalls that were still outstanding. I called my local Ford dealership to schedule a recall check on the vehicle because I’m a father of 2 young boys and it had 7 outstanding recalls on the truck. When arriving, I instantly noticed the bed cover was missing and it had different tires even though they had said they put new tires on the truck but you would expect the tires they have in their photo. They said it was because the bed cover had a tear in it but didn’t even inform me that on our previous 2 phone calls about the truck prior to me driving 200+ miles to take a look. They did take $250 off for the bed cover but could have let me know before I made the trip. I had asked about previous owners being smokers or if there was a smell to the vehicle. They said no since the owner had been driving the truck for themselves and would have noticed it. On the advertisement, it said it had 65,000 miles on the vehicle by the when I drove it, there was 69,717 miles on the vehicle. I did end up purchasing the vehicle but when I got home, my wife, who has a more sensitive nose than me, could smell something like smoke/dog in the upholstery. Over the first couple of days we’ve been able to find short whit hairs appear and nobody in my family has white hair nor do we have a dog. We’ve bombed the vehicle and let it air out and there is still a smell to it. I went ahead and changed the cabin filter and the picture provided is the cabin filter was with the vehicle. You would think of a dealer is willing change out tires they would change the cabin filter. This makes me wonder if the dealership had even changed the oil and oil filter before selling. I have a hard time trusting this dealer and the vehicle I purchased with the number of switches they’ve made and I’ve been made a fool. I did call back a few days later to let them know my disappointment and was thinking about returning the vehicle. I never did hear back from anyone. Very shady business.

Great customer service!
I had been searching for a car for a while that fit my budget and needs. I was surprised one day to come to CarTime and see the perfect car on their lot, with the color I had been searching for, which had just arrived the day before. The sales staff, Steve, quickly was able to bring the entire sale together in a short time, and make an adjustment on the gasoline door of the car for me. Steve, my salesperson also recommended several places where I could get additional preferred adjustments to cater to my needs, to my used car, also with good deals. I also had to go back to get my tire bolts loosened later, and the staff accommodated me immediately and with a friendly candor. I had a great experience with CarTime.

They offer sound advice and the advice they provided me could possibly have saved my life or the life of the person I was going to sell the vehicle to. It was accurately determined the vehicle I brought in needed much more than a brake line. The frame was weakened by rust and Josh was forthright enough to even take me to show me how bad things really were. I applaud him for his honesty.
