My husband and I went to purchase a Buick Rendezvous. I'm a SAHM and I needed a vehicle that was spacious. We have two kids and a dog so you can imagine how space is a MUST! I contacted Fahad on saturday morning told him what I was looking for. "Less then ten minutes Fahad contacted me. Said he would start looking. Had few back and forth calls and by five was there to test drive, sign, and leave. Now car dealerships make me sick. Not My Choice Motors!!!!!!! They go the extra to help their customers. Fahad answered all my questions. This was my second purchase for my second car in six years. These guy was great. I was ready to downgrade because I was worried about the price. He stayed late and helped me get my dream car. THEY MADE IT HAPPEN. I LOVE THIS GUY AND DEFINITELY RECOMMEND :)

i searched around all over for prices and this dealer had a very good price compared to others, my car clean title, clean car, and ive been wanting this car for a while! im very happy so far, and good customer service. i would recommend this dealership to someone and i will consider for future purchase.!

MY EXPERIENCE WITH My Choice Motors Elmhurst WAS GREAT. MY SON AND I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH OUR SALES PERSON Fahad. I FELT VERY COMFORTABLE WITH HIM AND THE INFORMATION HE PROVIDED IN HELPING ME DECIDE WHETHER TO BUY FROM THIS DEALER. WHEN I ASKED HIM A QUESTION HE WAS UNSURE ABOUT HE CHECKED ONLINE TO ENSURE HE PROVIDED ME WITH THE CORRECT INFORMATION. FROM PAST EXPERIENCES WITH OTHER DEALERSHIPS SOME SALESMAN WOULD JUST GIVE ME ANY ANSWER THEY THINK I WOULD WANT TO HEAR TO ENCOURAGE ME TO BUY THE CAR THEN LATER I WOULD FIND OUT THE INFORMATION WAS INCORRECT. Fahad WAS VERY OPEN, HONEST AND PATIENT. WHAT I LIKED MOST OF ALL WAS THAT HE WASN'T PUSHY OR AGGRESSIVE. I BELIEVED HER WHEN HE STATED TO ME THAT HE WANTED MY DECISION TO BASED ON WHAT I FELT COMFORTABLE WITH. SHE WAS VERY STRAIGHT FORWARD AND TOLD ME WHAT MY OPTIONS WERE AND WHAT I COULD PURCHASE BASED ON MY CREDIT. ONCE MY DECISION WAS MADE THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT DID A GREAT JOB COMPLETING THE TRANSACTION. Fahad MADE SURE THE CAR WAS CLEAN AND POINTED OUT HOW TO USE ALL FEATURES IN THE CAR. HE REMOVED MY PARKING STICKER FROM MY OLD CAR AND PIECED IT BACK TOGETHER AND THAT WAS NOT AN EASY TASK. THE PLATES FROM MY OLD CAR WAS TRANSFERRED BY Fahad. OVERALL, MY SON AND I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH My Choice Motors AND THE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE WE RECEIVED FROM OUR SALESPERSON Fahad.

Hesitant to try but satisfied with results. As with anything else, wish there was more defined results but overall, content with information that was provided and for the cost of a dollar, car history provided information and piece of mind to make purchasing a vehicle a little less stressful.
