John, I have responded to all emails and anyone who left me their phone number. I remember you calling about the Triumph, but you told me you would get back to me, because I do not ship vehicles and you were respondsible for shipping, but that I could meet up with transportation to drop the vehicle off. So yes, I contacted you and emailed you on January 6th about the information on the vehicle. Good luck finding what you are looking for??

we've had the car we purchased from Andy at AA Auto for the past 8 months. This car has been an absolute nightmare. After about 5-6 months, we just started having so many problems with it. We never got the car checked by a mechanic (our fault). But on top of that, after having the car a few months and we helped our son clean it (wash and vacuum), we noticed how all of the flooring had been cut out and replaced. We didn't notice it at first because Andy had two different sets of floor mats down and we didn't lift them up to look under them. My 1st thoughts were this car had been in a flood and the carpeting needed to be replaced. We had a Carfax and didn't show any flooding and there was no salvage title. I was confused why anyone would have a need to do that as it is not normal. And I'm pissed that Andy did not show it to us or tell us about it. So, a few months later, we started have soooooo many problems with the car. And my son only drives it to school and back. Finally reached back out to Andy about any problems the car may have had and to ask about why the flooring had been cut out and replaced. I was stunned when he said he did not remember the car at all!!!!!! What???? It's only been a few months and how many red Ford Focus have you sold in the last yr. Of course he remembered the card. That made me really suspicious of him. Fast forward, we are into the car, so far for over 2K in mechanical work. I would never go near his lot again and would not refer him to anyone I know, and I know a lot of people::especially through my job which is not far from his lot and a lot of my co-workers are always looking for a used car. I would tell him to steer clear of AA Motors.

This is truely sad to see this dishonest portrayal of this review. Let's rewind over a year and a half ago when this vehicle was sold. You reched out to me 1.5 year after I sold this vehicle, and spoke to me about a CEL you had with the vehicle, PO420, and said you and your brother were trying to figuire out what was wrong with the vehicle. You told me you replaced the oxygen sensor? I offered to have the shop that I use for my used cars to do the work on my vehicle, at a $60/ labor rate. You said you wanted to try to figuire it out on your own, but obviously the converter (po420) was bad. You told me the vehicle had started to lose power. I told you it sounded like the cat. converter was obviouly clogged. Yes, you asked me something about the carpet, but I couldn't remember the vehicle as I did sell over 8 Ford Focuses in the last 1.5 years. This was the last I heard from you. I work a full time job currently, so I do the dealership part time. I came across this review and decided to look up the CARFAX on this particular vehicle. I am glad you finally figuired out that yes the front cat. converter was replaced be a "real" mechanical shop and then 3 weeks later, the rear converter was replaced at a "real" mechanical shop, as stated on the CARFAX. So I am truely sorry that you didn't have the vehicle take to a shop, before your front cat. converter came a part and ruined your rear cat. converter also. I offered my help even after selling you the vehicle over 1.5 years later. This false ad will not deter me though from trying to help people find dependable transportation, under retail price even in this market.

Andy is the owner of AA Motors. Andy is a fair and honest car dealer. He is very courteous and firm. I purchased a vehicle from AA Motors and a separate engine warranty for the vehicle. About 2 weeks after I purchased the vehicle, the vehicle had a loud noise coming from the engine. I informed Andy of the problem. I contacted the warranty company and informed the warranty company of the engine problem. Andy contacted the warranty company to assist me with getting the engine replaced. Andy contacted the repair shop to have the engine diagnosed and to have the engine replaced. Andy went above and beyond to provide quality customer service. Andy contacted the warranty company numerous times to ensure that the warranty was processed to replace the engine. I am very satisfied with the quality of service he provided to satisfy me. The repair shop replaced the engine. The vehicle is running properly. Thank you AA Motors/Andy for providing me with excellent customer service and ensuring that the vehicle was in good running condition!

Wonderful Experience!
My experience at AA Motors was Excellent! Bought a 2011 Hyundai Accent , that was in top notch condition! Andy made the process so easy! He answered all my questions,and had the paper work finished in no time. Andy is a straight shooter, who wants to see the customer drive away happy! Would definitely recommend this dealer!

Excellent Service
Andy was honest and straightforward to work with. When I have a need for another used car I will call him first. A lot of car salesmen have bad reputations. They should all take pointers from Andy. When you treat people well, you get satisfied and repeat customers.

I bought a used car from Andy. He told me all the parts that had been replaced were in working order. Had the car for a very short period of time and one part fell out of the car and another bust. Would not recommend to anyone getting a used car for their child or anyone who is getting a used car expecting it to at least run for a week. I thought he was different from other salespersons from the front he gave, but he was just looking for his next paycheck. I will give him that he was nice and told the details upfront but I do not appreciate the car falling apart like that. Not cool.

Gabbie, Your AC Pulley went bad which broke the AC Belt. So to clarify, your ac didn't work and the car was still drive able. Just to be on the safe side I paid to have the car towed and fixed it for free even though I sold the car "as is" and it was a 2000 Honda civic with 228 k miles. This had nothing to do with the timing belt, water pump and Valve cover gasket and New Front rotors and brake pads which was done to the vehicle before you purchased it after your friend test drove the car and checked it all over. I called to have you come pick the car up and you didn't even come get the key from me. You used your second key and took the vehicle, Not a thank you, no mention of how much it costed or anything. It is very sad how you have not been truthful of what really happened. Not a dealer in town would have stood behind a vehicle with that many miles and you also signed off and understood the risk. Unfortunately cars are machines and sometimes, stuff happens. This was the reason why I wasn't going to charge you for the repairs.
