My most recent visit was for the 60k servicing for my 2020 Ascent. Although I had some of this work (front and rear differential oil and spark plugs changed) by an independent shop), the remainder of the work was completed by Johnson Subaru. The appointment scheduling and the wait time for servicing was good and the service advisor was both helpful and knowledgeable. The technician found a slow tire leak outside of the tread that could not be patched, necessitating a tire replacement. I was told that 3 tires would need to be replaced (one was already fairly new) due to the age difference (tred) between the tires and it’s possible impact on the Ascent’s transmission. I appreciated this advice which was also confirmed by other sources. I also appreciated the complimentary car wash.

Paul was awesome, very patient and kind.
Paul was awesome, very patient and kind. He stayed late while the mechanic, Scott, gave me a run down of everything I needed to know and more about the state of my car. Scott is one of the most knowledgeable and personable mechanics I've yet to encounter. I would continue bringing my car to Johnson Subaru because I know he's there. Not even sure how to show my appreciation, but I do know people like Scott makes the world a better place.

Before services began I was questioned if I could deal with a delay in the event my service tasks required additional time for completion. Made aware that comfortable accommodations were available if I needed to stay while work was being done. Asked if I needed transportation to a destination while work was completed. Called to update me on the services being done. Sent a video to explain work accomplished. Great service …thank you!!
