I would highly recommend these guys , they are masters of their trade and I trust them and there work to keep my family safe on the road , thanks Jim and team.

These guys find it hard to meet their commitments, especially in the service area. A promise of service is something we need to keep and if we can't communication needs to be done so that the customer knows what is going on. I called for service and got an answering machine and put a message on without a return call. I called twice later till I finally got somebody and I told him my problem and he said just a minute and it was another 10 minutes and a hung up and call back again and ask them what they're planning on doing. All that with no apologies just saying it's a busy Monday and their phones are ringing:-(.

I just bought a ram 1500 Laramie with 53 thousand miles, it was as simple and easy as you can get it. I called Fridays and bought it the next Monday, Jon was an honest, polite gentleman and didn't put any pressure on us to buy it, it was a fair price as well!!

We have been looking for our daughter's first car for many months and Jim was one of the nicest and most honest individuals we have met in the auto industry. It was nice to work with someone who has the customer's best interest in mind. We will now take all of our cars to Zimmy's for service and use them again when we are looking for a new "used" car. I had been looking for a 1990's Camaro sometime. Found a beautiful 1997 Camaro SS at Zimmey's in great condition, low mileage, and very reasonable price. Figured it was too good to be true. Dealt with Tim and he was not pushy at all but had a wealth of information. I was very impressed with how polite and easy the sales process was, incredibly quick unlike most dealerships that have you around forever. Tim could not have been more helpful and more laid back and easy to deal with. I drove over 1.5 hours to see this car and it was well worth it, found the car I have wanted since I was a kid and at a great price (we literally haggled out the price of Camaro and my trade in car in about 30 seconds).
