Hands down the best

Roberts Robinson Chevrolet Buick GMC Hands down.... The finest bunch of people I have ever had the opportunity to work with when it comes to their sales and service. Not only did they have to repair a recent rift I had with other car salesmen in general, and a shotgunned credit app not days before, but they gained my confidence in the process, fully explained every aspect of the purchase, worked out details, options, and warranties, and wrapped up my loan in exactly the way I hoped they would. I recieved what I paid for and then some. They gave me a FANTASTIC trade in value for my Rouge, found something in my Wants vs. Needs category, and treated me like more than a lady and a customer, they treated me like an OWNER. Aaaaand then came time for the fastest in and out inspection process you have ever seen. When it comes to service, everything has been on point, and when I did have a break down and needed to use my warranty, they were SPOT ON. Everything was spectacularly clean, the people were friendly, again, treated like more than a customer. I WAS AN OWNER. They even helped me arrange all of the assistance I needed to get back and forth from the shop to the Good Samaritan, kept me cool with refreshments while I waited, and had a bad starter fixed in less than 24 hours of it coming in on a tow truck. Aaaaaand then the first oil change and rotation, which was a great deal less money than I expected to pay. I'm also working out a few kinks in the truck and the service AND the sales department went waaay out of their way to get these fixed for me. Great communication, great references, and super knowledgeable attentive staff in a b^t*hin' waiting room.... #dealershipheaven #robertsrobinson #salesandservice I am humbled and grateful for the experience because I went into their dealership in the first place ready to cry over the ill treatment by another dealership, and today, I picked up my truck with a huge smile, Literally, Happy to be there. I brought my new Chevrolet to Roberts Robinson for the...

I brought my new Chevrolet to Roberts Robinson for the first basic oil change and tire rotation that is when my nightmare and regrets started. I began to periodically check on the progress of my vehicle and observed a mechanic trying to gain clearance on the car hoist by pulling up on the top center of the fender wheel openings while another mechanic was trying to position the swing arms under the car. During this reckless act they dented one of the car fenders. Later, I checked on the car again and I saw the same mechanic, who pulled up on the fenders, using a shop towel wiping and inspecting the center area of the fenders. I thought he was wiping off his fingerprints only later did I realize he was inspecting to see if he had damaged both fenders. I entered and exited the car from the back of the car and did not drive the car for a few days and I did not realize it was damaged. When I brought the car back to the dealership they became argumentative and denied that they did the damage. They claimed it was my opinion that they damaged my car and questioned why I didn't bring it back sooner. They wouldn't fully listen to my explanations. I told them that it was not an opinion but a fact that they damaged my new car because I saw them pulling up on my car fenders. I told them to run the car on to the hoist and check the clearance and ask the mechanics, who denied damaging the car, how they got the car on it. They told me they were too busy and short handed to do it. They did pound the dent out 98%. They also failed to reset the oil life monitor. They failed to reset the TPMS system. They did offer to reset it but this would be my fourth 60 mile trip for a simple oil change service and I am done with them. They spilled old oil on my coolant reservoir. I also noticed my dipstick was reading high and not trusting their work and for peace of mind I changed the oil and found that it was over a half quart overfilled. I hope that the overfill did not damage any gaskets or seals. This incomprehensible disappointment of this grossly unprofessional service work of the most basic and elementary kind is totally inexcusable. Train your employees, supervise your employees and inspect their work.

When I spoke to you about the dent in the fender of the vehicle we determined that it was not from our employees based on its location and size, I still agreed to repair it for you just to keep a satisfied customer. The lift the vehicle was on is a postless lift and has no swing arms to put under the vehicle. You came to us 6 days after your service that you "witnessed" the vehicle being dented while being serviced and we still took care of repairing the dent on your vehicle. We spoke multiple times and I listened to your explanation of how it happened and even lifted the opposite side fender of the vehicle in the parking lot in front of you to show you the dent would not happen from the vehicle being lifted that way. I am very sorry that we did not get the TPMS reset and had oil spilled under the hood of the vehicle and we offered to make these right for you. We strive to do the best here at Roberts Robinson and overall we have a very high customer satisfaction. We are human and make mistakes but will always do whatever we need to make things right.

Above and beyond

Our little family came to the dealership and Chris went above and beyond to help us find a good used van for us. We easily were able to take our kids with us and everyone at the dealership was so accommodating to them, especially Chris. We highly recommend the dealership!

Bought 2020 Trax. After having less than 1 month,...

Bought 2020 Trax. After having less than 1 month, transmission issues. 2-way call with business mgr, service mgr, and salesman called me at work and accused my son of "tampering" with vehicle. Never once told me this had been a service vehicle.

We are very sorry to hear you feel this way. No one accused your son of "tampering" with the vehicle. The vehicle was towed in and would not move when put into gear. When in the shop they found the engine very over full of oil and the transmission had no fluid in it. Someone attempted an oil change on this vehicle and drained the transmission instead of the engine oil and then overfilled the engine with oil. This is unfortunately not something that is covered under the factory warranty. Robbie Brooks Service Manager

No one is accusing my son? Every conversation i had with service brought up my son as a possible person that "tampered" with the car. What about the last employee that might have been responsible for the oil change prior to me buying it? Mistakes do happen. We are all human.

I bought my GMC Canyon here brand new, went to get it...

I bought my GMC Canyon here brand new, went to get it serviced after making an appointment 4 days in advance, and dropped my truck off the night before so it was ready to go. The next day I got a call from a confused mechanic not knowing why my truck was there, I had to stop working and call the dealership back five times in a 17 minutes span to finally get ahold of somebody on the other line in the service department, and then had to re explain everything all over again in detail like I did five days prior. Then, the mechanic puts me on the phone with the service manager Mike Robinson, and I explained everything that has happened thus far to him... I expected him to apologize for their dealership dropping the ball and acting like they didn't know what they were doing, but instead he told me he didn't like me raising my voice, I said I haven't even begun to raise my voice this is been more than frustrating, and then he tells me to just come pick up my truck they're not going to work on it now. Wow, seriously? I made the drive from two cities away to bring my truck to the dealership I bought it from, me and my wife with stage 3 cancer, just two have your dealership play games with my family after you guys screwed up and dropped the ball?! Completely ridiculous! I waited a little bit and then called back to talk to Chris, he once again refused to service the truck as scheduled and told me to leave whatever review I wanted to. OK, I will... DO NOT, under any circumstances use this dealership, completely unprofessional and uncourteous, not trustworthy, not helpful. I bought my truck here and never had any problems before today, if they can treat me like that they can treat you like that. General manager MIKE ROBINSON is a real J/A and only works at a dealership because his family owns it. I recommend going to Van Chevrolet, much better alternative in the Northland for GMC service and repair. SHAME ON THIS DEALERSHIP AND SHAME ON GENERAL MANAGER MIKE ROBINSON, LEARN HOW TO TREAT A CUSTOMER ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU WERE IN THE WRONG.

The phone call from our service department to you that morning was to verify the work we were doing to the vehicle, this is a normal practice for us to make sure we are performing all services you need and make sure that nothing is missed. I am very sorry you had to call multiple times in to the dealership that morning as we were very busy checking in customers vehicles . When I spoke to you, you proceeded to yell at me for how many times you had to call in to talk to someone. I apologized and explained that when we have a vehicle dropped off we always call to verify work and you then proceeded to tell me how stupid we were for not taking proper notes. I tried multiple times to apologize and after you continued to swear at me and told me if I do not do what you asked you would leave me a bad google review and that you were a level 8 google reviewer. I at that point told you i thought it would be best for you to come and pick up your vehicle and see if maybe another dealership could better meet your needs as we were obviously not. You then used some profound names and hung up the phone on me. Thank you again for the review.

Grateful!!!

First you must know, I absolutely HATED the stress and process of car dealerships!!! Well, Roberts Robinson and their staff have completely changed that for me. I have purchased two vehicles and it was such a quick, stress free and enjoyable experience both times. The Service Department was equally quick, stress free and enjoyable. From Sales (Austin Berg) to Service (Chris Casey) is absolute top quality. The whole facility is neat and clean and the atmosphere emanates the positive attitudes of its staff!
