I went in for. service as my car was making a grinding noise. Sherry Ruff was amazing to deal with from the time I called and when I brought my car in. She had my car diagnosed in very little time. As I was going to trade it in anyway very soon, I chose not to have it repaired. While at the dealership, I went to sales and spoke with Terrance Echols (and Mike Robinson by phone). These men have been nothing short of amazing with my husband & I each time we have purchased from them. I highly recommend this dealership! Mike Robinson and all of his employees are so kind and knowledgeable. They are a pleasure to deal with!

I took my 2017 Cascada in due to a known issue affecting
I took my 2017 Cascada in due to a known issue affecting the PCV valve. GM had sent an urgent bulletin to all dealerships in September 2020 that explained the defect and stated that all repairs will be covered. This bulletin only listed the 2016 Cascadas. This issue clearly affects the 2017 and 2018 Cascadas as well as it is well documented on numerous message boards. I was informed that since my car was a 2017, the repair would not be covered. That is not right when the exact issue, including the replacement part number 100% matches the exact information on my invoice and the bulletin. There should have been a recall for ALL Cascadas and this repair should have been covered. I have provided all documentation to Buick and your dealership. Buick offered me 50K rewards points. What good is that? I paid $2201.33 out of pocket and that is what should be reimbursed by GM. I was advised to take it to the BBB since no one with GM, Buick or your dealership would help me. This is down right shameful!

Wow! Your “better luck next time” philosophy is disgraceful. I have been a loyal customer of yours for many years and this is your response? How about you do the right thing and explain to GM that this known issue should have resulted in a recall and that all repairs tied to this known issue should be covered? That would be the appropriate response and right thing to do! GM has now offered to give me even more rewards points to go towards the purchase of a new vehicle. The only resolution is for GM to publish a recall and cover the repairs for the faulty part that they placed on these vehicles.

I cannot emphasize enough how much I trust this dealership. From the top down Roberts Robinson is first rate, Mike, Tim, Terence, Robbie and Chris are very happy to make sure I'm satisfied. On the rare occasion I need service when traveling across the country, I have never had the prompt personal experience at any other dealership.
