I will start with . I hate going to a dealership and being swarmed by sales people the moment i step out of my truck. Thankfully that was not the case here. My wife and I arrived and searched the lot for the car we had been researching on line. After looking it over we sought out a sales person and found Emma Corey, we told her what we wanted to test drive and she set us up. After our drive my wife and i wanted to go look at another car at another location. We never made it that far because on our way back to our truck my wife spotted a Kia Forte GT-Line that matched her hair so we had to test drive it. Long story short, the following day we left with my wifes 2022 Kia Forte all before i has to leave for work. Emma made the whole car buying experience completely stress free and pleasant.

Kia Sorento service
I was recently stopped and presented with a “fix it ticket” for a brake light that was out. I went home and called Tony at Paul Brown’s service department and he got me in within two hours. Within 20 minutes I was driving off the lot with my brake light working and my ticket signed. I’ve always received exceptional service at Paul Brown’s and I would highly recommend.

This is the 2nd time I've used Paul Brown and this experience makes up for the first go around. Our salesperson was easy to talk to and got me what I wanted without the dreaded stereotypical car buying experience. The overall process was relatively quick and painless, and I love my new car! I will go there again for my next car.

It was good experience at Paul Brown Kia
It really is a no-haggle experience at Paul Brown Kia. Josh Lundy was very nice. I told which Sportage I wanted, and Josh went through the available Kia rebates and programs to make the cost as low as possible. Justin in finance was also low-pressure. I'm glad I went there.
