Recently, I had been in the market to buy a vehicle and have purchased numerous cars in the past ranging from Cadillacs to Chryslers. The one vehicle though that has always eluded me was a Mercedes-Benz more especially the S-Class series. This is a car I have dreamed about owning for quite some time now and felt because of the cost it wouldn?t be a realization. I finally got up enough nerve to inquire about possibly owning one, so for the past few weeks I had been visiting multiple car dealerships only to be returned with rejection due to their limited financing options based upon my credit. I started looking online for cars but many people told me it was the wrong thing to do since I wouldn?t physically see the vehicle and could be scammed into a ?bad deal.? I was skeptical about buying cars online as multiple dealerships contacted me with the usual sales pitch and I was immediately turned off. I happen to run into a particular dealership based out of Miami Gardens, Fl. called ?iDrive.? Once viewing their website I found a Mercedes-Benz that I thought was beautiful (by picture only, lol) but felt it was worth a shot so I contacted them. To my surprise the salesman wasn?t pushy or typical and assured me he would find the best options available to put me in a vehicle. It shocked me that the next day he had a package put together for me and was ready to help. We submitted everything via fax, email, and FedEx as he, the dealership owner, and his secretary walked me easily through each step. I flew to Florida and when I saw the car up close I couldn?t believe that it was even better looking in person! They even went the extra mile of having their detail crew do touch ups on blemishes; their service and repair team thoroughly go over the car before I picked it up; and even put new tires on the car! I drove back to Georgia and everybody who has seen my ride brags about how stylish and clean it is. I have people I work with inquiring about them because they want to purchase a vehicle too! I?m also going to get another car here in the future because they have a lot of high end vehicles. They definitely exceeded my expectations. I am very satisfied and would recommend anybody regardless of where you are in the United States to try iDrive as the service I received was A+.

i just purchase a Mercedes Benz from iDrive and they had this Mercedes Benz C300 that I was looking to purchase. Went to find out about this vehicle and was very well impress of the dealer. The process for financing was very short and the car delivered within the hour. The same day I had a problem with the car and came back to the dealer to be even more surprise, the dealer check the car found the problem and they even get me two new rear tires.
