HORRIBLE PLACE

NATE THE CAR SALESMAN HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !! the first day i came i SPENT my WHOLE day there ! They switched my cars 3 times kept having my test driver different cars then at 7:30 PM they put me in a dodge nitro , not knowing that the car just got to the lot nobody checked it . As soon as i turned it on it started shaking so my fiancé got out and told them ! Vershawn was telling us we should make it home and come back tomorrow . Tomorrow came and the car running hot , the belt came off everything .i kept calling and calling they will forward my call , lie and say Nate left for the day and all ! 6 days later after me continually calling they gonna say they can’t put me in another car THERE WAS no paper work involved i didn’t sign a thing. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE , NO COMMUNICATION , and POOR SERVICE . How my pay stubs was a problem and y’all put me in the first car ?! NOBODY HAD ANSWERS. I wouldn’t RECOMMEND NOBODY TO GO HERE!

Worse buy of my life

I purchased a 2010 Chrysler 300 in March of 2017. I still have not received my tag and the vehicle is falling apart, literally. When I first purchased the vehicle the windshield needed to be replaced because it was raining on the inside. Instead of fixing the rear window motor, they gave me the part to have it repaired myself. My driver's door doesn't lock at all and the door itself is holding on by faith. You can actually see where someone tried to bondo the door back together instead of fixing it properly. The flooring has finally began to start sinking in and I know that it has to be due to the damages done by water before the windshield was replaced. Last but not least, the side paneling at the bottom of the vehicle flew off on the interstate. I tried contacting the dealership all the way up until August of 2017 and I received no results. Not one call back at all. My salesman, Mr. Vernawn Brantley did his job the way that he was supposed to, professionally, but the other flunkies that tried to cover the owner's xxx on his slackness was not professional at all. I'm just sorry that Mr. Brantley works for individuals such as them. This place really needs to be shut down A.S.A.P. in order to save the next customer stress like this. I just came to the realization that the owner only cares about himself and his own Foreign Affairs. Very selfish and manipulating. Very, very bad business practices. I can't even trade this piece of trash in because it's not even worth half of what I owe.
